view was fantastic, large kitchen. nice clean and comfortable.

didn't like rodent traps in kitchen were you could easily get hurt ,we called and was told we could move them. Did not like that outside furniture had stains on it, we understood there was a ramp but it only took you to 2nd floor, then you could drag your luggage up to the 3rd would have been nice if it was clearer about stairs. We are regulars at Cayucos and are aware of the unit which we saw was empty, when we called to get in a little early I got ( you'll get an email if they'll let you in) so we waited til exactly 4:00, since it seems calling (to get a real person) didn't help, also front door to stairwell from street didn't lock. It says tv but once you get there they explain only a couple of free channels and to use your own streaming service, would have been nice if made clearer.

Close to beach with a great view. Clean and cozy inside. Bed was comfortable.

Balcony area needed to be cleaned. Pet hair from previous guests on outdoor furniture. Screens on windows need replaced…lots of holes and tears.

Location overlooking the ocean and pier. The studio has a very comfortable king bed and a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave and Coffee maker .

The silverware was lacking spoons and only one wine Glass. Dishes were difficult to use ( flat square plates and bowls ). Spa bath was old looking and sink plug doesn’t work. I had to use a knife to unlock it. Unit needs a vacuum, the small sweeping brush was inadequate to take up sand.

No breakfast here.
