Great location. Stocked well and decorated nicely. Keys were not available when/ where they were supposed to be. Many roaches. Floors were dirty. Parking more expensive than listed on site

I will never rent from Vacasa again and will warn others. It was supposed to be a family vacation at the beach before my daughter has her 2nd child. The condo was under construction with cables hanging on the balcony and tarps covering the pool. The balcony was locked. Why would anyone rent this condo under these conditions. We had a 1 year old with us. I would never expose a child to these hazards. I can’t believe the rental agency would think that this was ok. They were of no help after we informed them of the problems. Be very cautious.

The condo itself was very nice and had everything we needed! We did like being on the first floor with very easy access to the pools and beach!

This was a beautiful, beautiful home! Well-kept and under great condition! My husband and myself stayed here with our kids and grandkids. There was plenty of room and a beautiful balcony that overlooks the beach! We all had an amazing time! The beach was quite and easily accessible. The kitchen was large and well stocked with anything you may need to make meals for your family! We will be asking to stay at this place every year for our family vacation.
The only troubles we had was the rental agency, Vacasa!? Struggled with communication with them, and ended up getting more help from the lady at the desk. Then we did from the agency we rented through!? Was not impressed with this agency at all, but loved, loved, loved the home!!

Great location, very clean, great views, very comfortable beds, kitchen totally equipped......more than exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay in this property again.

Condo is on the beach and a short boardwalk to the sand. Comfortable set up and all cookware/appliances needed, except only a Keurig for coffee. The unit was not well maintained or clean-bulbs out, lack of pillowcases, drain with no stopper. We had to get housekeeping to come on first day. But an overall positive experience and a good time with family.

We loved how close it was to the beach and how it worked so well for our family. However the management company was horrible to work with. We were there hours before we got a key. The security guard had to give us the code for the pool and the beach. Because the number we were given on our email was wrong. Would stay here again if the booking company was different.
