This property was perfect for what we needed. Our only issue was the room with the bunk beds was a little stuffy. Needs a fan or some air circulation.

The cabin was beautiful! Very clean. Well stocked. I think it should be known for potential renters that this cabin will require a 20-25 min stretch on very dusty or muddy rough dirt roads with several very steep hills. The directions even state that SUV is recommended. This should probably be in the description ! You are not in the “heart of Hochatown” until you get off the very long and windy dirt road. This is especially treacherous if towing a boat!

The cabin was nice and clean. However be prepared for long gravel/mud roads, about 4 miles, up and down extremely steep hills. Also, the cabin sleeps 10, but one room is 4 bunk beds, the other space is a small loft. Probably good for two families with small kids.

Champagne Pines was a beautiful home with lots of windows to let you enjoy the natural beauty of the property. It was well equipped with all the essentials and tastefully decorated inside. The only down side was access to the property was several miles of unpaved surface and large hills. We had 4-wheel drive and made it with no problem!

The cabin was very nice and accommodating for 2 families. Enjoyed having the baggo boards provided. There was a few issues but the owner took care of us very quickly. Would definitely stay again.

Champagne Pines was the perfect fall getaway. The cabin was clean and had all the amenities one could need. Kristen was an extremely responsive and helpful host, and the written directions to the cabin were clear and precise. I couldn’t have asked for a better Broken Bow experience.

Top to bottom we loved it. The peace and quiet is outstanding at this location!! Everything was clean and tidy with thoughtful accommodations and excellent communication!! What a wonderful weekend we had.
If I had to recommend anything I would say to bring your groceries before you get there as the drive back to town is a lengthy one. Not because of distance (only a few miles) but because of the time it takes to make the trek. Slow pace gravel roads is all. Nothing challenging or anything like that.
Overall it was one of the best stays we’ve had thus far!! The scenery alone knocked our socks off! We will definitely be back.

This home was perfect for our weekend away. The home is brand new and great for groups. There is great outdoor space with games, a fire pit, a hot tub, and a grill that is connected to the main propane. The house interior is super cute with 3.5 baths, 2 king beds, and 6 twins including the bunks and a really cool couch/bed w/ trundle. Recommend getting there before dark, the neighborhood is new and a bit challenging to navigate. If you follow the hosts directions you will get there with no issues. Do not try to use GPS after you leave the main road. Overall excellent experience.

This was such a nice house with so many thoughtful touches.
The kitchen was fully stocked and included coffee and spices which were a nice touch.
The beds are very comfortable and I loved turning on the fireplace on the cold mornings.
The location felt very secluded even with other houses around due to all the trees and the location of the house.
The communication and check in process were seamless.
