Great location. It was our first trip to Keystone and the townhome was comfortable, spacious, had all necessary amenities and was just a great spot for us. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Fantastic location for late season skiing! Plenty of space, bedrooms, and amenities.

Nice place in great location

There were just too many inconveniences at this property to consider booking it again. Regarding cleanliness, there was a large puddle of dried coffee on the counter and two fairly small but prominent stains on the master bedroom wall that looked like dried blood. Visible enough to cleaning staff as you could see them walking into the room. My daughter’s bed had stained sheets and pillowcases. The carpets were clearly dirty and didn’t look to have been cleaned since installation. Heating was very frustrating - it took about 24 hours to get the house up to what felt like 70, despite the thermostats having been set there before our arrival and being turned up to 80-85 to try and help. Multiple space heaters on each level indicated this was a common issue. The beautiful windows are drafty and it was a cold few days. The coffee pot was broken, and there were missing batteries in the television remote. The fireplace died about 5 minutes after turning it on. The master bedroom sink didn’t drain. The property manager when contacted brought a new in-the-box coffee maker and sent someone to look at the fireplace promptly. A great location for skiing. Otherwise absolutely not worth the price. It clearly hasn’t been updated in a long time and upkeep is poor.

Was fixed first evening. Then failed again next day. We didn’t bother calling in as we only had three nights. Discovered dishwasher was broken after a load didn’t wash. That got fixed late on day two after hand washing two loads. Needed space heater for lower level as radiant took a bit to catch up. After maintenance two days in a row is reason we gave up on fireplace. So on us a bit. Heated garage a bonus. Would be solid 4 stars maybe 5 if everything worked. While all was addressed for the most part you expect a little better. Had to know dishwasher was broke as soap was still in it and many dishes were put away dirty. After all that we’d still recommend due to location and cleanliness. Just some bad luck I guess.

Everything was just as described and expected. The unit was perfect for our group three adults and two children) and could easily accommodate more (we had booked thinking we would have an additional adult and child join). Location can’t be beat. Walk across the parking lot to mountain house East and the Peru chair or across the street for quick shuttle ride to river run. Property management is awesome. Digital guidebook was incredibly helpful (we referred to it much more than I expected to) and communication via text for any questions or issues made everything a breeze. Couldn’t have asked for better!

There was lots of space for the kids. The private hot tub was a hit. My 4Runner fit perfectly with a box on top in the single car garage. I highly recommend this condo, we'll be back again!
