Overall the property and condo it self were great. The extremely long wait times for the elevator inspired full day expeditions as they only make 2 elevators available which is not sufficient. Also the listing didn't advise of a newly implemented parking rule that requires valet parking w/o option. Which is another extremely long wait for pickup. But again condo was great shower water pressure could be better, but overall great accommodations. Will definitely return my next Fla.layover.

I’ll start by saying I had high hopes! I walked in we walked out, paid and never used place. Let me start by arrival, Uber dropped us off, I asked and attended where I should go, clearly the fellow didn’t want to be bothered. Ounce at the entrance I was met with one counter which was empty and the other with an extensive line up. I was told the long line was for the VIP, great that was us apparently! Anyway after long wait we got to counter, the people at the desk helpful, but gave the feeling it was a very long day. That should have given me the heads up on what was next. Ounce I got keys and bracelets. Was told to head to the unit. Around the reception, noticed another long line! OMG the people waiting for the o my two elevators. You could feel the tension & frustration! After another long painful wait, with everyone explaining how patient you need to be, we were clearly off to wonderful stay!!! Opened the door met with a corridor, tight to say the least and a washroom to the left, my better half opened that door… the smell, clearly the cleaning crew did a very poor job, or used the washroom minutes before we arrived. Walk into anti y two bed room. Carpet filthy, some cut tags off clothes and left the white plastic thingy’s on the floor…sign that the place wasn’t vacuumed nor was that carpet cleaned for a long long time. Counter stained in red … maybe lipstick… bed was done but long black hairs all over it. Bed frame dirty! Yes I have standards! Dump !

This stay was better than I could have desired at the last night. Everything was perfect.
