Great family unit on the ground floor with eady access to the pool for the grandchildren and across the road to the playground and beach with a choice a several resturants/cafes a 2 minute walk away. Very relaxing holiday.

One of the best views I’ve ever had in QLD. The property is in a great location. Opposite beach and parks and cafes. Pool was lovely, clean and warm!!! Unit was a little dated and showed some wear and tear. Kitchen utensils and some cookware was a little dirty. Property value for money and location trumped any negatives :) also staff were lovely and helpful.

Was really impressed that I got a phone call to say the apartment was ready early for use. Great location with view of Moffat Beach and walk across the road to nice restaurants, y patrolled beach and park. The apartment was spacious, tastefully furnished and had plenty of crockery and cooking utensils so didn’t have to put the dishwasher on after every meal. I stayed with my Mother and it was easy access to the unit and the shower didn’t have any steps or high ledges to negotiate which was a bonus. Would definitely recommend staying here again.

Management staff were great, friendly and helpful. Bin activity every morning was very noisy. Position of Norfolks is amazing. Will be back for sure.

Such an excellent location. Beautiful ocean views. Across the road from the restaurants, cafes, playground and beach. Balcony overlooking the pool and bbq area. Very convenient.

From Brisbane and came up to stay for one night and was looked after by the reception lady was very lovely and looked after us…the apartment was very nice and clean had such a nice relaxing time with an amazing view of the beach as well.
Thank you for looking after us will definitely be back again soon

Such a perfect location for our young family. Walking distance to the beach and food and a lovely pool. Gorgeous view of the water as well. We will be back!

The view was amazing, we would definitely return. The master bedroom door however wouldnt close properly or would get stuck. Mattresses were too hard and doona on second bedroom single bed, had mildew stains in multiple spots.

It was the perfect family getaway for us. The unit was absolutely stunning, very clean and spacious. Family of four and felt that there was heaps of space that we weren’t invading each others space. The veranda was huge and created another living area, and we enjoyed dinner out on it every night. The pool and the grounds of the property were emaculate.

The greatest thing about this property is its location...right beside the beach with magnificent panoramic ocean views. Opportunities are plenty with pleasant walks and nearby eating and coffee options.

We had 2 night stay in a 2 bedroom apt on ground floor. apt 2 was in a great spot, good views of ocean, close to BBQ and pool. well equipted kitchen for longer stays. A few small items that could be upgraded (like replacing rusted bins in bathrooms and using non scratchy sheets) but overall a great location and apartment. We went for walks to kings and dickie beaches and spotted whales. we will definately be back.

We had a great view even though our unit on the ground floor & we were right near the pool which was heated with a Spa perfect & a great view of Moffat Beach

Great spot. We found this place perfect for our little family weekend away. Apartment was large and roomy. The playground across the road was a bonus - perfect to wear our toddler out.
Only downside was pram access to the pool and bbq area. You had to walk outside and around the property to be able to push a pram into the area as access from the room was only possible using stairs.

The position of this property is a major drawcard. Right next to the beach it has views directly over the ocean and you can hear the waves. The apartment is large and overall very well fitted out with high class fixtures and fittings. The only drawbacks are that the maintenance and cleanliness could be improved a little. Otherwise it was fantastic.

Always a good veiw of the ocean from the balcony, disappointed in how dirty the apartment was dirt and mould on the roof in one of the rooms rubbish found under the couch and duct tape used to cover floor drain in bathroom,
