Wonderful location. Easy walking distance from the historic downtown area of Marble Falls. Located on a quiet street with residential traffic only.

The property does not have a dishwasher. There are single steps (down) into each bedroom. Could be possible tripping hazard at night if lights are off.

Very nice, centrally located very peaceful and relaxing backyard area. Also, it was very close to the Bluebonnet Cafe and the central park on the lake, all within walking distance

Can't say anything negative, had a great time, very relaxing. I do wish the bedrooms had pull down shades in the bedrooms, sunlight at 0630 when you can sleep in is a bit of a challenge.

Loved really everything about this quaint little property!

Loved this place, just needs a dual coffeemaker that has a carafe and a pod option, maybe another mirror even in the laundry area about the sink for dual guest usage & a CF in the 2nd bedroom plus a floor fan is a must especially for the upcoming almost 100 degree weather!

Great location to explore all state parks and attractions in the Hill Country. House was renovated, everything was new and clean. Great place to stay.

Everything was wonderful. The decor, the location, there were plenty of everything, towels, tableware, chairs. Everything was so clean and easy to find. I would recommend this particular house to anyone heading in this direction.

The step down and up to the bedrooms were very bad. I put a towel on the stair so I could see it coming and going out of the bedroom. And we could have used a broom and dustpan. Maybe an ironing board, but I managed.

Lovely house in perfect location to explore Marble Falls. Everything we needed and we loved the space and decoration of the house.
