The property was very well I quipped and spotlessly clean. There was nothing that had been missed.This villa is in a perfect location. It is in a lovely quiet setting but not too far from the centre if you wanted to try any of the lovely restaurants or shops. Check-in and out was very smooth and easy.

This was our first time booking a Villa on Booking.com, and slightly apprehensive at first as this Villa had only had two reviews at the time of us booking. To sum up, any concerns/fears were put to rest the moment we walked into the Villa, to say our first impressions were excellent was an understatement. We travelled as a group of 6 ranging in age from 16 to 59 and all of us loved it. We had planned to use the Villa as a base and eat out several times, however due to the Villa having everything you could possibly need, Kitchen, Bathroom, Livingroom, Bedrooms and outdoor living we staying in most nights and made our own entertainment as the Villa was like a “Home from Home”.  It is so beautifully furnished and it is clear that is is someone’s home. The owners have thought of everything, from paperbacks, magazines to games. In the kitchen there is every item/gadget you could need, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender etc. The welcome pack supplied had everything you could need to start the holiday off. Air-Conditioning in all rooms was excellent. The Location is perfect, based on the campo de golf, easy walking distance to the Atlantico shops and beach approximately 12 minutes. The Villa is very spacious, consisting of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which  is en suite, large kitchen, large indoor dining room, large lounge complete with TV (satellite channels) and Wifi, there’s even a small utility room with a washing machine and Ironing board. The outside is very large with lots of very comfortable seating and loungers, BBQ, Pool Table and small putting (golf) area, plus there is plenty of shade to be found if needed. The pool is of a good size and very clean with outdoor shower. The area is next to other villas but is very private. The Villa and pool are well maintained by a local expat called Terry (kleanbreeze.com) who comes every few days to test the water in the pool and clean it.

Very comfortable, like home from home. We particularly enjoyed the use of the pool and BBQ. The AC and WiFi was excellent throughout the Villa. And a big thank you to Terry who was always there and very helpful.

Great location on the campo de golf, easy walking distance to the atlantico shops and beach. We've stayed a few times in villas on the golf complex and this is by far the nicest one we've been in. It's beautifully laid out, big open plan space in the lounge, dining area and kitchen. There's plenty of seating areas for everyone whether you are looking for sun or shade and the heated pool was a great size. You can tell you are staying in someone's home with all the little touches that the owners have done like having all the little bits in the kitchen that you don't normally find in rented properties. We really appreciated the two pizzas in the freezer and the milk in the fridge, which meant we could have a cup of tea and feed the kids on arrival without needing to go to the shop. The brand new pool table was a great hit with the kids and the putting green provided hours of entertainment. We loved this villa so much that we have already booked to go back again next year.

Location was great, in the vicinity of commercial centre, the beach. It is better to have a car there but it is not necessary. The house is well equipped.
