A bit more info on what was supplied, needed towels, washing up liquid, toilet rolls, hair drier, iron.

Only the location

It was very dated and dirty. The seats, curtains were covered in stains, bathroom needs refit, most areas were black.

The pool

I booked two caravans and the hot water kept going off .

Really enjoyed the clubhouse fersilities and evening entertainment such as bingo , family games and the live music .

Lack of food places on site one place to eat .

We paid for a 4 bed Fontwell caravan. We got a different, old, tatty van with only 2 actually useable beds. It was next to a skip and old pile of junk

Stayed here to attend the Goodwood Revival Festival. Left it late booking so there weren't many options. As a caravan site with children it would be fine but we found it quite noisy in the evenings with the children still playing out gone 11pm! To be expected really i guess. We were also very close to the Arcade, bar and entertainment facility so music could be heard which made it difficult to get off to sleep (solved the 2nd night by purchase of earplugs!). Good facilities nearby, Sainsbury's, Costa, Mc D's, Burger King and KFC so plenty for the kids. For what we wanted it was probably the wrong place to book but may have been OK on the outskirts of the Park so don't want to be too harsh as it's a holiday camp first and foremost not a hotel. From what i saw of the facilities they were great

Noisy kids and bar but we were probably just too close to the main facility to avoid this. As above it was to be expected really.

Good area to stay in . Shop next door . The site was well looked after.

The fridge with a door self in and not like a freezer. Oven that works .saucepan lids . Table to high .

Clean and tidy accommodation, leisure areas would benefit from some updating and modernisation.

We’re we’re so disappointed in the caravan it wasn’t the one we looked at so you miss sold us everything needs updating. The bed was just a mattress on stumps of wood. I suffer with arthritis in my knees and back I have suffered since I have come back so as my husband aching joints. I was just so mad we payed over £150 a night for the basics. My friend payed same money and had everything. The decking outside is dangerous it as a crack in it my shoe got stuck in there. No point of complaining at the site cause told me to take it up with you. Some of the glasses were dirty it was something out the the 60s. I’ve never stayed in just a poorly caravan in my life. I’ve got friends down there who are van owners. Never again I be staying at that site. I’m taking this further and certainly be putting on social media. Oh we hardly slept due too children running up and down there caravan and sounded like they were in ours. Hope you take this up with the owner thank you Martin and Maxine

The caravan was very basic but spotlessly clean. The site had a fabulous pool and the entertainment was good.

Lacked some essentials such as an oven tray and oven gloves. It would have been nice if the beds had been made up on arrival.

Caravan smelt of smoke and wet dog very very strong badly stained furniture and carpet Had to leave all windows open and go to shops to buy air freshener which was a big inconvenience

The caravan was lovely and not far from town and seaside which was one of our must visit and met up with friends

The pool.

Fraude. You say free internet and there's no net at all. Only internet is payed, 20 per week. But my caravan had no wifi signal (although I wanted to pay). One week off wifi.You have to pay 20 per week to have WiFi but WiFi don't go to your caravan. Cleaning doesn't exist. Dust, toothpicks from former guests in the floor. Staff is very good. Isabella was amazing. Welcoming and friendly. No shop for basics, bread, milk, in a caravan park 200+ caravans, 2000+ Pearson, no shop. Pub close at 6pm. After that nothing. Restaurant, only frozen pizza, and burgers. One hour waiting or 1 pizza. Dedicated staff and manager.....zero. Never coming back and let know everybody not to go there.

Staff were friendly, especially guy in arcade .. Food in restaurant was amazing although the chef was a bit rude when asked if we could add a topping .. Bar staff were lovely as was reception staff.. Toddler pool was not heated sadly and was too cold for kids too use not sure why as advertised as heated ..

Everyone was so helpful. Lovely staff. Cheep restaurant to eat in and nice food xx We went on a quiet weekend in May and was so relaxing just what we needed b4 a week at butlins xx

A lot of east europeans namely romanian gypsies very noisy in the evening

The staff were friendly and helpful. The site was well maintained and kept clean.

The caravan was poorly cleaned and we watched the cleaners clean next door. They were more interested in talking on the phone and spraying aerosol in the air than really clean. We never touched the glasses which still had lip imprint on the side.

The caravan size was very good. The entertainment was excellent. The pool was great but outdoor one was not heated. We were very happy the outdoor pool nwas open as told it might not be. Overall a great sight

The caravan had some broken window latches. There was some damage to the caravan in places - broken door frame plastic that my son scratched himself on. I was hoping to recycle our waste, but there were no recycle collection points anywhere. Not sure if there was security, some people making noise late at night.
