Excellent location, bus stop just 3min walk, very good host, easy to communicate, all clean and tidy. Very good price compare to others. Oxford parkway station just 1mile. Overall excellent stay. Will recommended to everyone

Very Little sadley it has not been set up in such a way that it would be a comfortable environment the stains on the walls and broken light in the porch really kill the mood. Quite a negative experience.

Bathroom condition needs improving, Shower curtain moldy, stains on the wall. Towels were dirty and smelled bad. beds were really uncomfortable. garden decking is in a state of disrepair and is practically falling appart dangerous to walk on. outdoor table has 3 legs because one is broken. One of the two stools outdoors had been damaged before our arrival and was just left there. The overall feeling you have is this property is neglected and the owner does not take pride in trying to provide an enjoyable experience to there customers. sadley we regret our stay.

The location was good for Oxford.

The decor is looking a bit tatty, the garden is a mess, the furniture is a bit of a mixture. There was nothing in the fridge, not even a bottle of milk, so not much of a welcome

It was close to other family members and that is why we booked it

The downstairs toilet was so tiny.

Was an ideal stay for myself and children, simple and no fuss.
