My girlfriends and I chose The Pines as our homebase for our weekend getaway. It was very comfortable and clean. New TV was easy to sign into Apple, Netflix, etc which was important to us for our "Movie Night". The only suggestion I would have would be to install a canopy over the back deck as we couldn't sit outside due to falling pinecones (very small though). We were all very pleased with our rental choice.

We have been friends for 35+ years. We were all blessed with multiple birth babies and that is how we met. Our children are grown and we have moved on to grandchildren. We have weathered divorce, death of a spouse, deaths of parents, sisters. We are in our 60's and early 70's now but continue to try and get together out of town at least once a year. This is the second time Walla Walla has been our destination. Our VRBO was comfortable and nice. Fans in every room, central air, lovely deck with outdoor seating for dining. All in all, a very wonderful trip for us in a wonderful place. We had a great time and would not hesitate to visit again!

Several close friends gathered in the Walla Walla for a reunion and we found this perfect place in College Place to stay at. It was immaculate, it had four king sized beds, well equipped kitchen and lovely outdoor seating on the deck. It was perfect and we’ll definitely be back!

We were in town for various family gatherings and The Pines was an excellent choice for our home base.
We loved the location, quick drive to Walmart for essentials or to Walla Walla or Milton-Freewater.
The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac with a large front yard to play corn hole, one is available in the garage, but we brought our own.
The four king sized beds were very comfortable and the bath towels were fluffy and new!
It was also extremely clean!
We highly recommend this home and will be back!

This place was very clean and comfortable , we had 8 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone . Morning coffee on the deck watching the birds and the squirrels was so relaxing . We all really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again

This was our second stay at the Pines for a guys golf trip to Walla Walla. The location is perfect for its proximity to Wine Valley and downtown WW and the house suits us us perfectly. We will stay here again when we return again next year!

A perfect location for a family gathering. My daughter graduated college so we all gathered. The home was roomy and well stocked. Close to everything yet feels like your tucked away in the woods

Ideal location to attend a high school graduation in Athena while enjoying the delicious restaurants/wineries in Walla Walla and Milton Freewater. The wooded lot is beautiful and peaceful. The home is welcoming and so comfortable. Bath robes for all! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a group of 6 adults and one young child, and we had a wonderful time staying at this home for a long weekend! This was one of the best vacation rentals I've ever stayed at in terms of the quality of the finishes and the quality of the furniture. It didn't feel cheap, it felt like real people lived there and cared about it. King beds were comfortable and such a great find, towels were fluffy and soft, every room had quality blackout blinds, living spaces were much larger than the pictures made it seem, everything was just wonderful! There's not much within walking distance but that was ok for us. We even got to see ducks wandering around the neighborhood because a creek is nearby. Overall, a wonderful place to stay - highly recommend!

Quiet, clean, spacious rooms with king beds and an open floor plan. We rode bikes up around the college, did some winetasting in South Walla Walla and played cornhole and dined on the back patio. A great weekend for connecting with our three 20 something kids and their families. Bennington Lake was also a nice place to ride bikes.

Really enjoyed the visit to Walla Walla. The Pines was one of the cleanest and nicest places we’ve stayed at.
Quiet neighborhood only 10 minutes to downtown. Nicely decorated with quality linens and towels. Didn’t use kitchen beyond morning coffee but it nicely equipped.

Best VRBO we've had to date. Big open area, 4 king bedrooms - perfect for our family get together. Great patio out back. Only downsides were a screen that came off one of the master bedroom windows (no biggie, as it was hot enough that we never stopped the AC in the house), and it looks like they are in the process of rehabbing a side yard (but there was a nice lawn in front to enjoy the corn hole game we found in the garage). All in all, 5 stars++

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pines. We had four adults total in town for a golf trip, so we each had our own room, which was great. Everything about the place was top notch; my only comment is the instructions for the door lock might have been a bit clearer, but we eventually figured it out. We would stay there again and have already recommended it to an interested group.

Stayed for two nights with my wife and folks and we were all very pleased with how nicely appointed and thoughtfully curated everything was. Felt like hotel style service in a home setting. The house itself was beyond our expectations with 4 rooms that were honestly all very equal, which seems rare to find when divvying up rooms between adults. Very satisfied and would book here again.

This property was beautiful, clean, well stocked (all the cookware, plush towels, toiletries, etc) and a lovely place to hang out. Nice outdoor space with lights. We went as a family and it was great for kids too. It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood and walkable to an awesome park. We also liked that every room had a king bed. The only negative is that all the beds were much more firm than would be preferred but were sleepable. Also, if you go, you HAVE to eat at The Happy Wanderer - AMAZING tacos! Still dreaming about them
