Personalet var super søde, ind til den dag vi skulle tjekke ud, blev vi bedt om at betale for nogle beskidte håndklæder! Der regnede hver dag, der er mudderpølen på alle vejene her, vi brugte så deres håndklæder til at tørre vores fødder med. Deres gulv i lejlighed, er slet ikke til at gå på, hvis det bliver lidt vådt! Vores to små piger på 2 og 3 faldt flere gange! Samt der kommer vand op fra gulvet ude på badeværelset, så derfor brugte vi deres håndklæder til at tørre vores fødder. Dem skulle vi så betale for……….

Vi har rejst i Vietnam, Malaysia og Thailand med vores piger på 2 og 3, de har spildt forskellige drik på dyner og lagner, de er kommet til at tegne på lagner. Vi har aldrig skulle betale noget! Og tænker også at de håndklæderne bliver rene efter en omgang i vaskemaskine…

The property itself is just the right value for your money. It's clean, well-maintained and comfortable. It's strategically located at the heart of General Luna and is practically walking distance to everything. Comfortable and convenient indeed!BUT, what's exceptional about the hotel is it's staff. They are so warm, accommodating, friendly & helpful. They are very polite and helpful and always make sure your stay is nothing short amazing. I love how they walk extra, extra mile when it comes to customer service. Superb!

not so reliable internet connection

1st The staff. 10/10 Super nice and accommodating sila. Especially the receptionist and si ate gurl (gay siya na pretty). Napakabait nila and easy to talked to. Sila din nagrefer saken kay Ms.Dhai ung naghandle ng tour namin. 2nd the place. It's sparkly clean and comfy, naman. It is very homey and near to everything, especially the restos. It gets busy at night kasi late sila magbukas. Usually around 10am na nag open mga establishments sa Siargao. May tricycle na din paglabas ng resort. 3rd, the air-conditioning and hot shower. Plus points saken pag may hot shower and cold air-conditioning. Plus the free drinking water. Overall, I would still recommend the place. Very nice, near to all and sulit na for it's price.

1st The pool. It smells like heavy chlorine. It seems like they don't change the water they just keeps on putting chlorine. We stayed there for 4 nights and not even once I remember they change the pool water. 2nd the ants there are a lot of ants in our room. 3rd the cleaning of rooms and hallway, plus getting the trash out. There's no one coming in the 2nd fl to collect the trash the cats scattered the trash all over the 2nd fl hallway. We needed to inform the staff pa to have it cleaned. Walang nag check man lang sa morning. Plus there's no light sa hallway and balcony kaya it's so dark at night. 4th the food. They don't have restaurant yet and ang hirap bumili ng breakfast sa siargao within that area kasi halos lahat ng store close pa ng 7am. Hopefully magkaroon sila ng option na breakfast is included na upon booking. Lastly the toiletries. They don't refill the toiletries even after they cleaned the room. We have to asked pa for toilet papers plus the soap na for 1st night lang daw iyong free eh 4 nights kami, so supposedly dapat everyday may refills kasi wala naman kaming discount for the succeeding days same fee ang binayad namin and that includes the toiletries. Good thing nagbigay naman kaso need pa ipaalam ng staff.

- The staff were amazing and always on hand to help out with any issues. - The location was perfect for General Luna bars and restaurants and 10 minute drive away from Cloud 9. - Lots of tricycles wait outside the property on the main road which is useful for days you don’t have a bike. - Amazing air con unit. - The pool was a beautiful addition and well maintained. - Can buy snacks and drinks from the reception as well as motorbikes and tours. - Great water pressure. - TV in room. - Room to leave luggage on your final day.

- We did have lots of ants but the staff couldn’t have done anymore to help with this. - Slightly bigger bed sheet would be good for a double.

The staff were super nice and friendly! Good location, close to nice restaurants and shops. Nice to have a pool.

Small rooms. We had a lot of ants in the room, but we bought a spray and then they were gone.

La ubicación

El wifi no llegaba bien a la habitación. Habitación con hormigas. En el balcón encontramos colillas de los anteriores huéspedes que no se habían limpiado. Pedimos cambio de toallas ya que las teníamos sucias y mojadas y no nos las cambiaron hasta al cabo de dos días
