Walking distance to beach, good food choices at food court (5pm - midnight), easy walk to Lotus supermarket, parking on property, washing & drying of laundry was convenient.
The busy bar next door on Fri & Sat night

The space of the room is ok for family of 5. Bed ok. Cleanliness of room ok. Nearby food court by walking distance. Seaside just at the back of building. Overall is satisficed.
The room only have 1 toilet and not enough for the family if travel with 5.
The house gate do not close at night time. This is about the safety.

We left our luggage here so we could fly to Langkawi just using hand luggage and the staff were great at helping us do this

I like how it is exactly the way its advertise, and so clean, so convenient enough
Um probably the only downside that it is so noise transparent, but since i solo traveled, it does help with me not feel like im too alone. And i love how i can literally hear the waves sound at the back.

Location right in front of the steps down to a clean stretch of beach! Plus private parking, hairdryer and vending machine on site. Perfect for a seaside visit with my little pet.
It wasn’t easy to figure out how the self check-in box worked, but luckily the owner responded very quickly to our message for assistance, and the staff came straight away,

The nearby food court
Very small room, no chair, TV too high up on the wall, and the street dogs ran away with my shoes

The location is great. There are hawker center area and lotus shopping center nearby. Eating and shopping are very convenient. It takes less than two minutes to walk to the beach. Very cost-effective homestay.
The only downside is that public transportation is inconvenient, and you need to drive or take Grab to get to other tourist attractions.

Clean, beach is just less than 50 metres away, comfy room, near Viva food court which has a lot of food choices for dinner.
