It’s clean, great location, and completely charming. But the best part is the staff - the check in/out, waitstaff at the restaurant, valet, all exceptional.

Staff! Friendly and accommodating to us,everyone and each other. Seemed very much like a family. Everyone didn’t even seem like they felt they were doing a job.

NOTHING, except maybe the pillows. I kinda like mine.

Everything was outstanding! The hotel is gorgeous, but what really stands out is their extremely friendly, courteous, professional, helpful, and amazing employees!!!! We traveled from Pittsburgh, Pa for my daughter to visit Clemson University. After checking in, one of the employees helped me with all of my luggage. This meant so much, especially after such a long drive. Then we stopped at our beautiful room and freshened up, went to the bar on the 3rd floor where we met the bartender, Emily Jo. It just happened to be my birthday. Emily Jo was so personable and made my birthday special! She's the best! Now about the rooms.... fabulous!!!! The most comfortable beds I have ever slept in during a stay at a hotel, and everything was so clean, new, and cozy. The restaurant's food is delicious and healthy. Additionally, the valet guys were awesome! Again, everyone was so kind, professional, and efficient. Loved it here so much, it was hard to say goodbye!!!

New, well designed, comfortable rooms, with amazing and friendly staff.

Seems like cars are being valeted to an outdoor parking lot, which can be inconvenient during the hot summer days.

The location was perfect and very conveniently located in the main commercial district of Clemson and very close to the University. Great restaurants in the area as well as out dinner in the hotel.

Staff was absolutely amazing! Also one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever sleep in.
