It is centrality location was great, minutes to major attractions. Things to do in Tampa, Clearwater and anywhere on the gulf coast. The house was immaculate clean . The hosts were very friendly and informative of the area. There is so much to do in the area from horse racing to flea markets. Close to many major league spring training facilities. Breakfast was plentiful, from homemade cake to fresh bagels. Room was large enough and comfortable. Large shower that fit my disability needs.

It was not a major problem, I did not go there to watch TV, but the cable for weather and local news was not good. Plenty of channels of movies and shows.
