The location was perfect!

Washing machine flooded while staying

Close to downtown. House was very clean.

Limited parking. Had to park downtown because the cars in driveway never left and street parking almost impossible to get a spot. No central a/c (portable floor model unit), no kitchen sink, no separation for bedroom to living room.

Large and clean apartment, great location! Historic feel.

This place was perfect for our stay. It was clean and adorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better location.

The only good thing about this property is location.

There is NO air conditioning, only the stand alone floor room cooling unit. The unit is very loud and won’t really cool the room down. Fan DIDN’T work. Bathroom sink would not drain. We contacted the manager, he repeatedly promised to come and fix it, but never showed up and eventually stopped responding to our requests. Would not stay there again.

The location is excellent and there is a public parking option very close by. The loft is big and bright and as described.

One main window and one roof window did not have covers which affected privacy and light in the morning. The two air conditioning units are very noisy, but we were thankful to have them.

Perfect location! We didn’t need much since we were out an about all weekend. Had 2 first come first serve parking spaces… the room area was small but well worth the price. Bathroom was very clean. Hotels in same area wanted 3x as much per night with similar space and paid parking

If I had to pick something to be nitpicking the Carpet could have used a cleaning

The location of the property was really great! The house itself was clean, well decorated and perfectly located. everything in our room worked perfectly and was comfortable enough.

The description of the room stated, 1 queen bed and 2 sofa beds, which was not the case. we only had 1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed, it was tight for 4 ppl.

The location was amazing. Right in downtown Newport with access to everything. The apartment was beautiful and quite cozy. We also appreciated that it was pet friendly.

The only thing was we thought that the larger window near the TV was open because we could very clearly hear the outside, but it wasn’t. Perhaps seal or replace the window?

“Deluxe quadruple room” = small space with sofa bed and coffee table, alcove with double bed, wall shelf with a few kitchen implements, no table, no bowls. Photos on web site make it hard to envision so perhaps our expectations were too high. Only 2 parking spaces for 7 units, parking around corner is $20 overnight. And there were lots of ants - owner said this due to recent wet weather. On the other hand it WAS comfortable despite inconveniences.

The location was perfect. Easy walk to dinner and water. Driveway parking was a perk. The outside seating area was nice. Unfortunately, it rained on and off during our stay so we couldn't take advantage of it. May is a nice time to go to Newport!

When we arrived there were tiny sugar ants on the TV console and in the bathroom sink. The freezer was fully frosted so we couldn't put ice in it.. Then on our last night we were watching TV and a mouse ran from the bathroom to the TV console and hid under the bottom open shelf. My guest was sleeping on the couch and she was very upset. The tiny ants were okay, but the mouse was a totally unwanted guest.
