We needed a place for our family to stay for the weekend and this property was perfect. It is centralized near many restaurants and attractions. The owner was easy to communicate with. The apartment is a little dated, but well taken care of. It was a perfect place for our weekend trip. Thanks!!

Perfect place to be in the heart of Hershey!

The condo worked out perfectly. We were centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The place was clean and the perfect layout for our group. We loved that it was a historic farmhouse. Dinner at Feneci's was great after our day at the park.

Propert is in an excellent location. Right down town next to resturants and shopping. You can walk to the park. Hospitality was top notch. Property is as described in listing. Enjoy!

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights to visit Hershey Park. It was a great location close to the park. The apartment was spacious enough for the 5 of us and the restaurant downstairs was an added bonus.

Check-in was quick and easy and the apartment was honestly better than described (bigger than expected!) It was perfect for our needs and the location was great. Absolutely no issues - thank you so much!

We were on our way back home from vacation S.C. and wanted to visit Hershey for a day to break up our trip. The place was perfect for our needs and the restaurant downstairs was very convenient.

Directions were a little confusing, but we found it easy enough! Cute little place served our purpose perfectly. And the bottle of wine was a great touch!

We had a great experience here, it exceeded our expectations. The kids loved the bunk beds, it was clean, and the hosts were welcoming. Careful of the stairs leading up, they are steep and narrow.

Renting at this property was easy. The stairs are tricky but adds character to the building. If your rent here, be sure to grab dinner at the restaurant! AMAZING!!

Basic, adequate apartment in a great location at a bargain price. Stayed here while handling some family business in the area and enjoyed the ease of walking to breakfast and dinner options on Chocolate Ave. Hosts’ communication was thorough and timely, and check-in/out were contact-free. Apartment was clean and stocked with linens. Hosts even provided a bottle of wine. Free parking in municipal lot was a short walk away but was simple to access. Pluses: Great location from which to explore Hershey attractions and dining at a very affordable rate. Plenty of space. Nice views of town. Affordable. Thorough hosts who have renting down to a science. Things to know: This is (as listing says) a third-floor walk-up above a restaurant, so be prepared for narrow stairs and an entrance that takes you through the restaurant’s kitchen overflow storage area and laundry. There seem to be full-time tenants on other floors (and there are several other short-term rentals); but unit doors are wood interior doors with basic deadbolts and locking knobs. You’ll be sharing hallways with others without a hotel-type door. Some of the furniture in our unit needed some maintenance. That being said, if you’re looking for an inexpensive stay in a great spot with very efficient hosts, this is it.

Being downtown was great! We were within walking distance or less than a 10 minute drive to all the attractions we planned to see.

We loved being right downtown! However we traveled with my 75 year old mom and the steps to the 3rd fl were a daily challenge. There is no elevator. For 2 nights it was well worth the price!

This location was very seedy. It was reminiscent of a flop house or pay by the hour motel. There were many temporary housing rooms above this restaurant, one filled with trash with the door torn off. The entrance was through the back of the restaurant littered with trash, dirt, and used latex. Loud fighting in the hallway at 3am. Creepy people with were hanging out in the alley every time we walked to our car. There is no amount of money that would convince me to book here again.

Apartment was great. So close to everything. Literally across the street from the Hershey Museum. Clean and comfortable. Me, four daughters (three teens), and husband stayed for a weekend. Only minor suggestion is to add some hooks or shelf to bathroom wall. Oh, and we had a little trouble finding the parking lot due to one way signs. But overall, a great place.

The apartment was very nice clean nice bathroom good bedrooms very comfortable the only thing is the three flights of stairs that was tough but I did it once a day and that was good the view was gorgeous you could see the park and all around the town so it was worth the trip up the stairs thank you very much for a nice place to stay in Hershey

This property was our first time using VRBO. We were very happy with check in and the location to Hershey Park. The restaurant under is a must try. The food was amazing! The apartment was a perfect size for our family of four. There is currently a Starbucks across the street and even a brewery when you have downtime from the park.

The apartment was comfortable. The only complaint was there were quite a few steps to have to carry luggage up. Unfortunately we were unable to eat at the highly rated Italian restaurant that was on the bottom floor of the apartment complex because I waited to long to long to try to make reservations. Will return another time and make reservations ahead of time.

This is much better than a hotel, with a great location. These apartments are in an old house above a restaurant, which smells great in the hallway. The apartment's two seperate bedrooms were perfect for my teenage girl and me. The beds were very comfortable including the twin bunk-beds. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker with filters, pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, and a full size refrigerator, but no dishwasher or icemaker. The carpets are new and the paint fresh. The 3 window units easily kept the place cool in June. Make sure to call for reservations with the restaurant downstairs, which is pretty good.

Perfect location! So close to everything in Hershey. My family of five stayed comfortably in the spacious apartment settings on very comfortable bedding. Everything was provided so there was no need to pack linens or dish ware. If you have an older kid to babysit like we did order a pizza from Fennici’s that they can enjoy while they watch a movie upstairs, while my husband and I enjoyed a delicious meal and wine at the restaurant downstairs. The owners are so friendly and accommodating and gave us tips to make our trip to Hershey even better. We hope to stay here again!

Great location for Hershey Park. We stayed in the penthouse which was perfect for our family of 3 small children and 3 adults. The flat was actually larger than I expected. The space was clean and it has been recently furnished so the accommodations were nice. It was fine for our needs as we spent the day at the park. The restaurant below is very good Italian food. We also love the fact that it included some gluten free items as several in our party are allergic. The Host was extremely accommodating.

Really enjoyed the penthouse. Only feedback is a request for hand soap. Shampoo was available for use upon arrival with which we made due. Definitely recommend it!

We had top floor apt. Fit our 5 comfortably. We went to a concert..recommend walking to concert....worth it when trying to get out of parking lot later. We had dinner in the park from food trucks, with beer carts.. was a lovely evening
