This house was very clean and nicely laid out. The kitchen was large and well equipped with lots of cooking items/bowls/utensils/etc. There were plenty of towels and bathroom products. It was a bonus to find a washer and dryer! The TV was great with access to some streaming services. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. Although it does only take 45 mins to drive to the entrance of the Sequoia National Park, it's another 45 mins to actually get to the forest with all the trees. The town of Exeter is small but does have some restaurants and places to buy basic groceries.

We stayed here in mid-July 2024 with the sole purpose of exploring both Sequoia and Kings Canyon NPs. Nice location to get to both Parks within 40-45 mins.
Exeter is a nice small town, with limited dining options and things to do (there are a lot more options in Visalia) but we picked the spot knowing our priority was getting to the NPs.
Note that the AC did have some difficulty cooling the entire place when the temperatures rose into the triple digits but it was manageable in the evening and overnight with the fans also provided.

We loved our stay in Exeter, where we gathered with cousins to enjoy many happy memories visiting our relatives in this tiny, charming community! The home was perfect for us - well appointed and the management was positively outstanding to work with. Thank you!

The accommodations were great; comfy furniture and well maintained home. The outdoor area was lovely and provided comfortable seating. The kitchen utensils and cookware was sufficient to prepare our meals. The bed in the front bedroom was much too high for me and I'm 5'10", I had difficulty getting onto the bed. A step stool should be provided. The second bedroom was very comfortable. The shower in the bathroom was wonderful but shower mat should be provided due to wet floor exiting the shower. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would return in the future.

We were there for 2 weeks and had everything we needed. It was comfortable and had a full kitchen for cooking as well as being centrally located in Exeter. Visalia was only a short drive away. The backyard had comfortable chairs and a cozy fireplace too. It was everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

Property was well maintained and furniture comfortable. The outdoor sitting area was nicely landscaped and great for sitting outside in the evenings.
Just a couple of suggestions: a bath mat for the shower = floor gets wet after shower and is a slipping hazard. The front bedroom bed is too high to get onto - I'm 5"10" and I had difficulty getting into bed. Need a step stool or lower bed frame.
Also a front door mat would prevent tracking in dirt.
Otherwise the rental is great and I would reserve again.

We had a really nice stay overall. The property was very nice, just like the pictures, it was located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house had everything we needed for our stay and everything was clean. The back room had a foosball table which made for some fun time with the kids. We also got to relax around a fire pit on the spacious backyard. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would recommend the place to anyone.
