Not familiar with the stairs

Beautiful modern apartment at the very edge of the pedestrian area in the old town. Communication with the host was excellent and we were allowed to check-in earlier than the official time. The parking garage is right there. Everything (codes to get to the apartment, garage opener, and everything in the apartment including WiFi and air condition) worked flawlessly. Of the kitchen devices we only used a coffee maker, and there were coffee pods in the kitchen, so we did not need to look for them in stores. There is a small store right across the street where we bought fresh breads, and the market with fresh produce is 5 minutes walk.

We liked everything

A fabulous apartment - very well equipped, spacious and spotlessly clean. The apartment is well located to the old town. We parked our car in the apartment parking which was so convenient. Eduardo was really informative, the comms were easy to understand and he let us have some great suggestions to visit and eat

We really enjoyed the flat. It is very clean, well equipped and extremely well located, right at the entrance of the historical area of León. Although the days during our stay were very cold, the heating system of the apartment was quite efficient. We haven't met Eduardo, our host, but the communication through the platform was simple.

The property was perfectly located to access the historic centre of Leon within minutes on foot, yet quiet. It was clean and spacious and the secure parking was great. Eduardo our host was very responsive and so helpful. One of us left a coat behind and and Eduardo organised shipping it back and we can’t thank him enough. Would definitely stay in the apartment again.

Very clean and well equipped loft apartment in a location that is a few minutes walk from many of the key sights and plentiful eating and drinking locations (and about a 20m walk from the train station). Entry to the apartment is via a door code on the outer door and one on the apartment itself. You then have keys inside to be able to 'triple lock' the door when out for added security. Leon is a buzzing city with loads of history and something to see around pretty much every corner. We ate out every night and had superb meals every time (always eat 'local' food if you can - and enjoy the wine - you cannot go wrong). Highly recommend driving a couple of hours to the mountains / hills for hiking - the vistas are spectacular.

We had a really great time in León, the apartment is well located near the town centre with parking provided. Our stay was comfortable, with some amenities provided at the accommodation. The apartment was clean, tidy and quiet, I can only recommend it - the hosts even provided a list of restaurants to enjoy in the town centre.

Great location with amazing views / (from room 2C) Also very spacious and quiet with easy to follow access instructions plus use of garage was a bonus!

Maybe just needs a bit of a touch up where paint is scuffed etc plus a few extra home touches - more kitchen equipment especially if staying for a while… Shower leaks a bit and toilet continually runs water after flushing finished - minor things easily fixed

it was a beautiful apartment very well located (on a quiet street). It had everything.

It’s the little things that matter when travelling. Everything you needed was provided for cooking and washing. The apartment was very thoughtfully presented which made for a very comfortable stay.

There was an issue with the aircon not being cool enough but it was in the middle of a heatwave. Response from the host was very prompt.

Really comfy and nicely designed apartment. Lot of space for two people, good kitchen facilities and washing machine which was important for us during a two week tour in Spain. Efficient air-conditioning.

Smaller drinking glasses would be nice. There was some noice from the near-by-bars late at night. More precise recycling instructions would be useful.

Airconditioning did not work 100% (but it was 38 degrees outside so 27 inside is still ok)

Excellent location a short walk from the Cathedral quarter. Lots of restaurants and bars close by. Stylish, spacious and well equipped. Lovely large, comfortable bed, very clean and well presented. Quiet and peaceful despite being so close to the centre of the city.

Perfect in every way.

The apartment had everything we needed and is as close to the centre as it is possible to be. Secure garage parking under the apartment; well equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine; very comfortable bed; very good shower. We were there on a Saturday night, so a little noise when the bars closed, but the square itself is really very quiet and the apartment well insulated.

Nothing - one of the best thought out little apartments we have stayed in.

Perfect stop off with secure parking, in the centre of Leon, the apartment is flawless, exceptionally clean, a few steps and you are in the center of one of the best cities in the world.
