It reminded me of my parents' summer home in upstate NY We really enjoyed our stay.

The owners cancelled at the last minute and we had to find an alternate location to stay. We made the original reservation three months ahead of time and we’re told a week before that the owners wanted to use the facility themselves that week. Unconscionable! Also terrible that booking allowed it! Aren’t there contracts with these people???

house was large, 4 bedroom, comfortable, plow came after snow, game room for the teenagers, pool, darts, rings..3 TVs…

no one from your company cleaned the property. they did the bathrooms… the place was filthy… nothing was vacuumed, beds were not made, found kids underwater and socks in my bed, if you moved things on the kitchen counter behind them was dirt there for months, we sanitized the entire house. we had to make 5 beds after driving for 4 hours to get there. we only had 3 towels for seven people. we asked them to bring us towels.., none came.., you were short staffed… we get it but you cleaned other facilities on the 21,22,23, and never came to us even though you could not come on the 20th. it was unacceptable at best. and then you want to give us a refund for all the work we did to be able to to stay there. 200 dollars… seriously…. you chose to make money for your company during NYS winter break and knew you could not accommodate all the homes but you vises your do it anyway… not good!
