La colazione non era compresa. Zona tranquilla senza problemi di parcheggio per le macchine. La posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro a piedi. negozi di prima necessità nelle vicinanze. L'appartamento è mansardato ma molto ampio con soffitti alti.
La mancanza di un balcone o di un terrazzo. Struttura datata ma ben conservata e pulita.

Great location just a 5 minute walk into the walled city. Apartment was clean, modern and spacious. Coffee maker, torte and other snacks were available.

Definitive recommended, we arrived early and were able to enter early to leave our stuff in there and because the finished cleaning already we were even allowed to stay directly. Very nice and friendly communication

The Happy House was the most comfortable and clean place we have stayed in Italy so far. We are walking via de Francesco and staying in a lot of locations. It was so clean and well stocked. The Host was super nice and communicative. Great location. We highly recommend

The apartment is perfectly located just outside the historical centre of Gubbio. It is spotlessly clean and the owner kindly provided tea, coffee, fresh milk as well as a fresh crostata for breakfast.

Mainly location, at a stone throw from city centre, and still easy to park.
The apartment is spacious, silent and has everything you may need.
Nothing. As a marginal note, Internet connection was not capable of materialising the exquisite touch of having Netflix available.

The location is very good: out of the medieval city walls, but at walking distance from everywhere. Free parking lots just behind the front door. We liked the furniture, it is the uppermost apartment of a three-store building, right under the woody roof.
It gets hot in summer, as the sun hits the roof. There are two powerful fans, but no air conditioning. We kept the windows open and we were ok, but it was somehow noisy until midnight.

The host responded quickly to all my question. Check in was easy and the best part is that the house is super clean and with all amenities. The host provided an amazing crostata and breakfast treats! The wifi was fast such that I was able to get much work done on my laptop!!! The property was located just outside the wall of Gubbio and walking into the historic center was just 3 minutes! I would come back again!

In the description of the place, breakfast was described as wonderful. However, we haven't got any breakfast.
Apart from this, the place is nice and clean.
