Super clean and convenient.

This is a very clean a cozy little quiet spot. I would highly recommend it.

The place was just perfect for me and my dad to grab some sleep before departing for cruise. The host were absolutely amazing. I got turned around and lost and they got me through. It was just great cause I was traveling with my 81 year-old dad and it was late when we got there. The area was very nice. There were people jogging at night and walking their dogs. Plus, it was a very short ride from there to the port would highly recommend and definitely will stay again

Great area! Clean! Pool is incredible! Check in was easy and they responded quickly. Owners even checked on us while there via text. Would 100% stay here again!

I mixed up the dates of our stay and figured it out while we were 5 minutes from the property. Ferny kindly let us transfer the dates so we didn’t have to cancel our vacation! He was responsive and gracious and easy to work with— he saved the day! The property is adorable and we loved the historical Spanish style.

This is the second time I stayed here. It’s small but it has everything you need. Bonus was having a laundry room right next door. Had a problem with the air conditioner but it was fixed right away which I appreciated. I’ll stay there again.

This place is perfect for two people. The property is like a little oasis, the backyard is gorgeous. Everything was amazing. 10 minute drive or less to the beach and so many restaurants. Loved our stay, 10/10 recommend!!

This is a very nick studio in an excellent location. The property manager was great--very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

What an amazing place - a few cottages and a larger house in a garden setting with a beautiful shared swimming pool - it felt like a secret hideaway. The studio is small but perfect for one or two, and it was very well equipped with beach items, lots of towels, decent kitchen appliances, and some thoughtful touches like ice in the freezer, condiments in the cupboards and even bath slippers. I had the company of guests staying in the other properties at the pool on both weekends, but they were lovely and it did not detract from my enjoyment. Ferney and Skip were both very responsive, and the neighborhood is great. I hope to return!

This property was beyond what I expected. The landscaping is gorgeous! Everything you need is there. There was even beach chairs, umbrella, beach mats, and coolers. This made it so convenient especially if you travel there by plane. The pool was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. If I ever make it back to West Palm Beach this will be my 1st choice. Loved it!

I had an incredible stay! The studio was clean and well equipped! The pool was beautiful and so relaxing and the property overall was quiet and lovely! Ferney was very responsive and great to deal with! Highly recommend!

We had a relaxing time at our studio. A short drive to beaches and shops, with a pool and grill as well. Quiet neighborhood and we did not see anyone at the house/studio, nor did we need to, the hosts gave great privacy.

This cottage was perfect in every way. Immaculately clean and beautifully maintained, with old world vibes combined with modern conveniences. The pool was warm and lovely, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. The home is conveniently located in a beautiful historic neighborhood. Great stay, highly recommend!

Swim, relax, in quiet tropical studio. Perfect to wake up and come home to for several days:)

We just needed a quick weekend escape for some diving, dining and relaxing and this fit the bill beautifully! We really felt like we had a private retreat in the middle of a beautiful historic neighborhood. We never saw the hosts, nor did we need to, as every detail was taken care of up front, but Skip, the co-host dropped by and switched out our microwave in a flash and then he was gone. It seemed obvious that the hosts have experience in making sure their guests are well taken care of. We had restful nights and lots to do and places to go very near by in West Palm Beach. The atmosphere with the pool and landscaping is just lovely, like a tropical hide-a-way. We highly recommend!

I found this gem at the last minute on Memorial Day weekend. Unbelievable find!!! Amazing price! Small and cute, perfect size for 2 people. The pool and backyard area were gorgeous and very well maintained. The owner was very attentive and quick to respnd to any questions. I would 100% recommend this location!!!
