The house was exactly as advertised...super-clean and with all the comforts of home! Tonya was very easy to work with and always accessible if we had any questions. The property is very spacious and the neighborhood is quiet. We definitely enjoyed relaxing at the pool. Our only suggestion would be to add a mirror in the 2nd bedroom.
We booked the property knowing that it was a short distance from Phoenix/Scottsdale but we did spend most of our time exploring these areas so we had to endure the commute each time we went exploring. This wasn't an issue on the weekend but there was a lot of traffic on the weekday mornings. As long as you don't mind the drive, this is the place for you!

From top to bottom all perfect. Clean, good location, owner returns emails, all appliances work, pool is clean and maintained….. I can’t think of any complaints.

Very nice house. Check in was earlier then expected, house was very clean and had everything we needed, kitchen utensils. Extra pool towels, pool was fabulous! Would definitely go back !!

We rented this house because it was near our relatives in San Tan Valley. The house is well-equipped and very clean and comfortable. We were particularly impressed with how well the kitchen was outfitted - we like to cook and had everything we needed. In our experience, this is unusual in a rental!
Tonya and Scott were wonderful hosts - we enjoyed working with them and they make us feel welcome.

We are so glad that we stayed at this property. It had everything that we needed and the backyard was perfect for relaxing and enjoying our morning coffee. The communication with the property owner was fantastic and timely. We would stay here again!

Didnt like the 5 outside owner cameras. I was being watched whenever I was outside. No disclosure until I got into the house and read the rule book.

Tonya and Scott gave us our home away from home. The house is well maintained, clean, well stocked, and in a great location. Tonya responded quickly to any texts. Easy traveling from there to Phoenix and Tucson. We will definitely try to stay there again when we hopefully return to Arizona. Thank you Tonya and Scott!
