Clean and tidy and convenient. Kitchen not well stocked, but everything else was quite good.

Everything was fine

Very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The host responded to my questions very quickly. The only issue we had is that not much things are provided in kitchen, like a microwaveable bowl for leftovers, or a toaster. Also our last two days the upstairs checked in and started to make a lot of noise at night.

Nice property

Loved our experience with the apartment and the rental owner. The 4-plex house is in an excellent neighborhood, safe and comfortable, quiet, close to restaurants and coffee shops Walked every day to the wee pond with nesting ducks. Yet very easy to get anywhere you want to go. My husband drove to the Orlando airport with no problem, about a half hour drive. The house was very clean, beds comfortable, contact with the owner was fast and friendly. Pricing was competitive for the Orlando and surrounding area. Honestly ten out of ten for the entire experience.

We selected this location while planning a visit with our son who is attending Rollins College. The location was great, just off one end of campus. There were no reviews prior to booking so I assumed this was a new listing. Everything inside was very new, from the floors to the furniture and many of the amenities. We found the space to be very comfortable, and for the most part very well stocked. The property managers were very responsive when we needed to reach out. The only issue we had during our visit was a very loud neighbor staying at the unit above us. When I checked in it turns out they were only going to be there during one of our nights… Once they checked out, it was very peaceful. The owners were sympathetic to our concerns around the noise and said they would be looking for a longer-term solution. The only other thing I would mention is the bathrooms could use some hand towels, and a blow dryer in the property would be considered fairly standard. If some sort of soundproofing could be implemented, this would definitely be a five star stay!
