Amazing hotel for the value. Good choices for breakfast. I felt safe but the area passed the parking lot is questionable.

The rooms are on the smaller side but are clean. The bathroom/shower is perfect. It is a great place to stay overnight. We were visiting family, so only at the hotel for the night and it was perfect.

They refused to give me room service unless I was staying there for 4 days or more. No water provided at the free breakfast. Just juice and coffee. I was told a water bottle fountain was down the hall. Random loud noise in my room, 424. It woke me up in the middle of the night twice. I couldn't tell what it was or what caused it.
Pros:
The hotel seems to be recently renovated so it was very clean and modern.

The parking was very small and limited. You had big uhaul trucks and trailers taking up several spots when they new the parking was limited. My husband and i travel for work we were actually in the same are which is not always comon for us. He had no place for parking. Upon check in we did not provide our vehicle information or gow many vehicles etc... when came out the following morning we notuce cars from the neigboring hotel parked in our holet parking. Reason we noticed was because they were coming with their lugage. We probably wont book this location in the future but we will stay at another Tru by hilton. Also, bed was not confortable at all. Room was very clean just not comfortable.

Flew into sfo and used here as next day going to Yosemite so we got clear of San Francisco, everything about hotel was good although there was some noise from the main road on our side of the hotel. Although there was no in room coffee facility there was coffee in the lobby 24 hours a day. Breakfast was adequate.. Within walking distance there were various facilities like grocery store so it was easy to get several days worth of drinks etc for in the car.

Front desk personnel are always the most friendly at this hotel. The room was clean and quiet. The king bed was a bid harder that I like, but it was ok.

We stayed at this hotel for my daughter’s softball tournament. I had to rinse her pants out, the guy at the front desk was so kind and offered to put them in the dryer for me. I was so thankful! My daughter was too that she didn’t have to wear wet pants the next day. To me that was above and beyond helpful. If we return to this area for another tournament, we will definitely be staying here. So clean, bright, and smelled good!

Great stay for my work visit to Manteca. Room was compact (as noted in other reviews) but comfortable and I liked the modern design and furnishings. Products in bathroom smelled nice. Staff were super friendly and checkout was easy. Breakfast was adequate but would have liked some whole fruit that I could take on the road with me. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is just basic. Don't expect much on the way of amenities. There is a shuffle board, patio and a 24 hour coffee bar. The rooms are very basic. No real closets with doors and no dressers. It's a room with a bed, TV and a bathroom. The only thing that made it pleasant was the workers. Olivia greeted us warmly and made us feel at home. The breakfast was good also. Anything we needed, they accommodated us the best they could with the little resources they had. I don't think I'll be staying here again because of no pool, but I will miss the staff.
