La ubicación excelente en la misma plaza principal y la acogida y cordialidad de todos los empleados. Nos dieron probablemente la mejor habitación del hotel con una pequeña terraza muy agradable.

No es un hotel para quien busque lujos y no tiene por ejemplo armarios para colgar la ropa pero tiene una magnífica relación calidad- precio.

Right now (August 2023) the square out front is under renovation, so the whole area is a construction zone. When the renovation is done the square will be beautiful I’m sure.

Shower stopped working during our stay

We chose to stay in Giron instead of Bucaramanga as we were flying to Cartagena the next day and we didn't get disappointed. Giron is a nice place (not that much to do, but fun to walk around for a day/night). Our room in trip monkey was very spacious and clean. The shower was very nice and warm and the staff was very welcoming.

The only thing that we didn't like were the church bells. We woke up at 4 and it was very difficult to sleep with the noise afterwards. Breakfast was okay, not that special.

very sweet hostel, that could also be called boutique hotel for its style and atmosphere! great attention and quick replies! warm shower is a big plus and the beds are super wide and comfortable!

Pretty little hotel that has some great staff. We stayed for one night but it might have been nicer for longer to use the pool etc

The rooms are missing little things like bedside lamps, bathroom mat etc. which would make it a perfect stay. There was construction in front, which I think is temporary

We stayed first night in a small room that is very small and very warm so I recommend to upgrade to bigger one! Family room is huge, 2 large beds, many storage, big hot shower. Big mirrors which is rare in hostels! The all design is too class. They made great job converting old building to modern looking hostel. It was a bit warm but there are fans in each room. Very clean and you can use kitchen. Very nice staff! Highly recommended. I would stay again.

Church bells at 4am 4:30am and 6am each day! And that the park is renovated but this is nothing to do with the hostel itself.

Perfect location right on main square. Big rooms with great facilites and courtyard. Very helpful assistance available all day including arrangemenr of taxi to airport.

Complete renovatión of square and related noise/dust but this is expected to be complete by April 2023. Price was discounted fairly to account for this distraction.

The room was beautiful, so is the hotel ... the staff are lovely ... and the place is on the main square, so very central, but you aren't disturbed by that, its very tranquil ... and it's incredible value for money ... I highly recommend 👌
