It wasn't terrible. It was about what we paid for. The original woman we had checked in with was awesome. The smoke alarm had a low battery so it was beeping, my son had went to talk to the person at the service desk and he was rude about it. I'm not sure on the breakfast because we never went. It would have been amazing if the room was up to date and things had been up kept. The neighboring room always had people over with lots of drinking and extremely loud until about 2 a.m. The beds were kinda stiff.

Nice clean room. The only negative was the shower was too strong. It was so strong that the water was getting around the curtain. The entire fllor was wet when I finished. Moping up was a minor inconvience for a very good working shower (LOL)

I booked a room with a king size bed but got a room with 2 queen size beds... Other than that, overall good experience

There was a lot of permanent residents in this hotel. Beds were terrible and cleanliness not good. Our crew only stayed 1 night instead of the 8 that they were going to stay because of the conditions.

Staff was incredible we had a faulty refrigerator and they had it changed 5 minutes after we asked about it room was almost spotless and over all i enjoyed my stay throughly. The mosquitos were rampant all over rockport except for the hotel so i was very impressed

The TV didn’t work, sound, but no picture. The bed was so old and uncomfortable we didn’t get a good night sleep the entire time we were there. Every single time we moved, the bed creaked & squeaked. There was no fan/ventilation in the bathroom. A king size bed and we only got 3 small, flat, pillows. The couch was old, ripped and smelled. One trash can in the whole room next to the door. The lobby reeked of old food. The “complimentary” shampoo was already half used. I know you get what you pay for, but I feel like I overpaid. This was NOT a deal. This was robbery. We should’ve been paid to stay here. Both me and my husband are going home with severe back pain from the mattress and lack of pillows.

Stayed on a day trip to Aransas National Wildlife Refuge. Decent price and clean room, but found out next morning that the door could be opened without the key card. Overall was a good stay.

We enjoyed our stay! We had 3 kids and they loved swimming in the clean pool!!! Im not sure why so many bad reviews, staff was so nice! The facility itself is so cute, makes you feel like your still at home, people around seem genuine and caring, looking out for each other and kids! Breakfast was a decent selection and fresh, i mean for free breakfast, you can not beat that!! At all! We will definitely book again!!

Ther was nowhere to hang our clothes or towels! The pool was great! The fridge leaked on the floor! The breakfast was great! Awesome waffles, eggs and bacon! The coffee pot was way to small for real coffee drinkers lol! But over all the stay was great! Easy room access and close parking!

We were comfortable and room was clean, overall it was nice. The downside, housekeeping did not come by, as I was told they would, our whole stay. We arrived to find two towels and one washcloth, we were a family of five. I had requested more towels that never came. The pool was closed, my kiddos were disappointed. The best feature was the location! The hotel is close to Rockport Beach, grocery stores, restaurants, etc

Property is older but other then maybe changing the beds and pillow (giving more then 2 standard size) it’s a good spot and affordable. Hidden little gem. Staff is nice too. If you need something ask!

Check in was great, but the room was another story. When we entered the room, we noticed two coaches laying on their backs. A room for five should have more than two bath towels and at least one bath mat for the floor. The size of the television was to small for the room size. Noise level after ten not in force at all. Need to spend more on the upkeep of the rooms instead of the courtyard which was nice.

It was ok motel. Need more towels! When asked only give a few and ask to bring back the dirty towels. Funny smell in room and floor is soapy, slippery when it’s wet. Service is ok, front desk guy needs to speak clearer English. Food was great! Plenty to eat. Pool is nice and the middle part of hotel has nice view. Close to beach 8 mins drive.

There are lots of ants at the grass area . I means a lot of them they are building a lot of home. And there are lots noise at night specially sleeping time people still in the pool and playing out loud around 3-4 am.

Facility was ok. We asked for early check in (2:00) instead of 3:00 which is their check in time and were told it would be $40 extra. We decided to wait instead. We got there at 2:45 and they said our room wasn’t ready…. We didn’t get into our room until 3:30! How were they willing to charge $40 for an early check in but yet it was ok to not let us in til after check in time?? Are we getting a refund for the late check in due to their cleaning staff?

Looked like it was rushed when remodeled. Poorly done and looked like it was a DIY project without experience. Service was excellent and the staff went above and beyond. Breakfast was delicious too. Would love to see this place match the service level.

I guess the humidity was real high but the floor in our room was wet and kind of slimy. You couldn't go barefoot in the room without getting your feet wet and yucky. That was the only problem we had.
