There are two door knobs that kept falling off. The key pad lock should be on front door not on the garage. The basement air went out but the manager got it fixed in a timely manner. This house had several different descriptions found. One had all rooms with king beds which was not the case. The mother in laws suite we were led by pictures to believe the living area was separate than the bedroom but the living area, bedroom and kitchen are all in one room. It was fairly close to the beach which was perfect. There were a couple of bathrooms that did not have the lock on doors. We loved the roomy third floor. We still enjoyed our stay very much but not sure we would stay again. On Thursday of our stay insurance inspectors showed up at 7 am there was only a few of us out of bed at that time. That made us a little uncomfortable.

The property had all the space we needed for our family, but the couches are stained and need to be cleaned, the hardwood floors seemed to be dirty as well. The front door was hard to lock, the grill we never used due to it being dirty and not cleaned from the last renter. The location was great with a great view.

The couches can definitely be cleaned. They are stained or they need to buy new ones. The locks on the doors some would close and others would not. They need to have a simpler method for them. The pool was not clean when we got there. The water was low in the pool. Also for you to advertise a hot tub and not actually have it hot or pay another fee is ridiculous. Either put that on the booking description before I already put a deposit down. Paint could be updated. If I am paying for a rental property I expect it to be up to date.

The property was great. But needs upgrading the outside doors needed to be updated because they won't stayed close. The pool wouldn't stayout of services mode.but other than that it was nice and a beautiful view. Would stay there again

The ventilation in the kitchen weren't working. Maintenance manager came and informed us about that. The swimming pool was not clean until Thursday, June 1st.
