My family and I had a wonderful time here. Everything we could need was catered for, including extra toys/floats for the pool.
The location is ideal for the beach and days out.
One of my grandchildren wants to stay again as she loved the pool.

This is a fabulous holiday home for a large family and friends group. There were 15 of us and there was plenty of space over the two homes. The back garden is fantastic with the pool, table tennis, tree house and swing for the kids. There is plenty of seats and a large table for outside dining. The area is great just outside Concarneau so very quiet but 5 mins from the large supermarket and 10 mins from the centre. A couple of small issues were fixed immediately but the lovely neighbours on behalf of the host. I would love to stay here again if I was holidaying in the area

This property was perfect for a large group. There is generous accommodation, well equipped kitchen, fantastic bbq, warm pool and great location all contributed to a fabulous week away.
Although we had a couple of problems the owners quickly responded and resolved and our holiday progressed seamlessly. We would thoroughly recommend this property.

We had an excellent stay! We were on a family holiday with kids ages ranging from 2 - 15 and the house and facilities were just perfect. The kids loved the pool and the fantastic playroom. The garden is also spacious with lots of room for them to run around (and watch the tractor next door!). Communication with the hosts and groundskeeper was also smooth and friendly. I would 100% recommend this place and we all found the price very reasonable for the facilities it has to offer. We hope to be back one day! Thanks again

The house was so impressive. All the facilities you could ever need. The hamlet its located in is beautiful- so quiet - we enjoyed seeing the bats flying atound each night. House is so close to local shops and the gorgeous town of Concarneau. The ideal location for a fantastic holiday in France.

Everyone was delighted with their accommodation, especially Daniel and Chloe who loved that play room! Our eldest son had come from USA so loved that big bed and bathroom, especially the huge bath.
Your home was so well equipped and with all the necessary aids to make life better. The swimming pool was in constant use. I could go on but I think you know it was perfect for us. We love the area and brought the children to Brittany when they were young.

We have really enjoyed our stay at Kerhuel. The property is huge and has everything you could possibly need on holiday. The children (and adults )loved the pool and the garden is well equipped for children. Concarneau is on the doorstep yet it is beautifully quiet and set in the countryside. The caretakers are friendly and explained things well. Great location with beaches and places to visit close by. We felt this property offered excellent value for money.

It gets the sun all day and so you can sit out well into the evening. The pool was great. a lovely temperature. The region is really pleasant. We walked into Concarneau one day (1h45), which was a very pretty route. It only takes 10-15 minutes to drive. The house is only a short drive (or long walk) from the beach and marina too. Odets Loisirs is an adventure park which is good fun for the kids. It is only open on certain days though depending on the time of year. The owner was very quick to reply to any questions and the caretakers who live nearby were really friendly, while also leaving you to it. We hope to return soon!

An amazing weeks holiday in a truly wonderful house and location. Facilities from the Swimming pool to the games room were so much better than we expected. The owners have thought of everything to make the stay in the property so home from home.

We had a lovely stay despite some very poor weather, the house was a great size and perfect for large groups and infants, supermarche 5 minute drive, great pool and social spaces. We would highly recommend.

Extremely well equipped, comfortable beds, superb swimming pool. Very quiet location but very close to the essential facilities - i.e. LeClerk hypermarket and an excellent boulangerie. Kayaks are provided on a trailer, so a car tow hook would be useful. (We managed to transport them in a camper van.) The very large garden is great for young children.
I was initially a bit concerned about paying for cleaners after our stay, but the place is vast so we thought the price was well worth paying.
All in all, we had a wonderful time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to accommodate a large group.
