Don't believe all of the great reviews. Something is not right with that. When I first walk in, there is 3 HUGE piles of dirty laundry in clear plastic bags at the door. There's an x-large laundry duffel bag in the laundry room that I guess is towels and sheets that is supposed to be folded and placed in the cubby's as seen in the picture. But that wasnt done. There was hair on the floor in 3 of the bathrooms and the soap dishes were filthy, we didn't sit our soap on those. I saw a baby roach towards the kithen in the hallway, that was gross. I had 1 pillowcase out of 4 pillows on my bed. After taking off my sheets to check out, I realize that mattress cover had yellow stains of some sort on it. The refrigerator doesn't get cold at all but the freezer works just fine. Im guessing they need a new one. We couldn't sweep the floor to tidy up because theres no broom there, wow. On the last night a small rat was seen on the back porch area. This house is a lovely large house, but when its not taken care of properly its gonna go down fast. I think the cleaning crew sucks or they quit before we got there, either way a whole new crew needs to be hired. I called 2 different numbers and texted when I arrived about the dirty laundry but got no answer. I had to call again the next day for him to pick up, so the communication is not good. And I was never told about parking passes or where to get them, so FYI if you go there make sure you gi to the CLUBHOUSE to get a parking pass, its free

The home was better than expected. It was huge, pool was open, warm and clean. Loved every aspect of the property. We will definitely be back here again!!

Had a little trouble getting my question and request answered. We didn’t used the pool as we would have loved to the water was extremely hot and we tried to change the temperature as they told me to but it didn’t work. Their was no trash bags provided like other rentals nor their was cleaning items like brooms the pool outdoor was dirty they haven’t cleaned it for a while

Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for guest Needed blankets and a few kitchen items and they responded within hours with delivery directly to our home. Beautiful home and enjoyed the long table for card games at night.

The house was clean and large enough for everyone. So nice to have a pool to relax in after a long day in Disney. Fantastic vacation!

Overall thos was a great home to spend our vacation in. We had 12 adults and 5 children in our party and never once did it feel crowded. The location of the property was really nice as it walking distance to the clubhouse. The clubhouse was like its own little get a way, very clean and had so much to offer - lazy river, free arcade games, volleyball, corn hole, mini golf and of course the water slides. The house was very well kept and very clean. Management was very responsive to my messages. Some some things to note but will not deter us from staying again were we had to buy batteries for the TV remotes and buy kitchen towels and kitchen wash cloths as there were none provided and management didnt come with any after contacting them as they said they would look into it. We also bought and left at the property measuring spoons and cups. Every other kitchen utensil was provided. The gas grill was very clean and well kept. The upstairs game room was a great hit for everyone. For the bedrooms everyone loved the mattresses! For bedding sheets were on the beds and I had to go room to room and find the blankets for each bed. They were one blanket short so thankfully one of the kids brought their own blanket. All in all this is a great property that we hope to come back to again especially with our large group. You are getting exactly what the property desciption states.

Great house love Windsor island

We had a fantastic time in this wonderful house! We had almost 20 folks staying there, and we had plenty of room! Being a gated area, we had the occasional issue with folls being "on the list". But I think that due to my own mistakes, and when the owner replied quickly, no issues! All around, a great stay - would do it again in a heartbeat!

Everyone enjoyed the place. Only had a few issues, 1) stove did not work 2) bbq ignitor did not work. But as a group we were able to work around it. communication with the host was great and they did try to get the stove working but it couldnt be done. 3) the pull out sofa advertised was not there, so we were short one bed but made it work. the admenites of the resort were amazing and everything was clean and tidy. check out was simple and easy as well. we have already been telling other basball teams about your place for the next tournament.

Several issues and extremely poor communication. First and foremost, the property description was NOT accurate. The property page states that there is a double sofa bed and that the house sleeps 20, this is not true as there was no double sofa bed and the property manager told us that sofa beds aren't allowed in rental properties in Davenport. The pool also was not heated and in fact, the heater kept breaking. We contacted the property manager several times and we very rarely heard back. The few times we heard back, the response we were given was "This is not the only property I have, I have several other houses to manage too." There was no soap provided and when we requested it be given, we were told that soap is not included despite the listing saying basic toiletries would be provided. Proper blanketing was not provided. There were light blankets in the closets but no comforters on any of the beds, just sheets. Last but perhaps the most important, this is not a single property manager. It is a property management company and any time we reached out to get assistance, we worked with a different person, despite using the same "message host" chat in the Vrbo app. The property owner ended up messaging me on Whatsapp and that is where I could see that he was reading my messages but not responding.

Our stay at this home was great. Our children enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed staying home. We had some minor questions

The house is exactly as listed. It is beautiful with plenty of space to accommodate a large group. Nice, safe neighborhood close to everything. Easy communication with host, very responsive. Be sure to bring extra linens like towels, rags etc… that is the only negative thing I would say is that if you are staying for an extended amount of time you are only supplied with one days worth of linens for each guest. Nothing extra. Same goes for trash bags, soap etc… this was not an issue for us but it would have been if we were staying for more than a weekend. Would stay here again. Thank you for having us.

Generous space that accommodated our large group. The young ones enjoyed the house pool, and going to the water park, arcade and mini Golf. Close enough to Disney to enjoy a day there. Management was very responsive, the oven failed on Tuesday and it was replaced the next day, so we were able to have a great thanks giving meal with our family.

This house was the perfect place for us! We came with friends and family for an event that was located 25 min far and the location ig this house was very convenient for us. Super spacious. The BEST and most important part for me was the beds they were extremely comfortable. I rented a house last year in the same community and the stay was horrible just because every morning I woke up with back pain 😫 I highly recommend this house especially that it's a gated community. Finally, the most important part was communicating with the owner. Unfortunately my trip was short and the day that I arrived I worked and went straight to the airport so didn't have time to read the vrbo info so I didn't have my pass code to enter the house so I have to text the owner and he responded in less than 10 min plus I arrived at 11pm.

Upon arrival the house was nice however we encountered a problem with the bathroom and oven not working. We were told someone would come out to fix it and they never did for our entire stay. Also we were told the maintenance crew came out twice and never did considering we had someone at the house the entire time. We also went out to purchase food to cook only to find out the oven was not working either. The house was nice but there are areas for improvement. Also the water in the shower was quite cold.

We enjoyed the location, and the home was beautiful. We did have an issue with the alarm code, it didn't match the code that was given to us. But it was quickly corrected.

The house was more than comfortable and accommodating. The place was clean and the owner/rep was very friendly and available. The only discrepancy I encountered was that the listing says six king bedrooms but, it is five. There are two rooms with full size/twin bedrooms instead of the one that is listed. This posed no real issue though. I’m sure the attendees all have their favorite parts of the property but, I thoroughly enjoyed the clubhouse pool, lazy river, bar/restaurant. Very nice. I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious villa, and I must say that it was an incredible experience. From the moment I contacted the owner to book the property, they were extremely communicative and helpful, providing me with all the information I needed to ensure my stay was seamless. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by how pristine and well-maintained the villa was. Every detail had been taken care of, from the immaculate bedrooms to the sparkling clean bathrooms. The attention to detail was truly impressive, and it made for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. One of the highlights of the villa was the community amenities, specifically the water park. It was the perfect way to cool off on a hot day, and I spent countless hours enjoying the various slides and pools. The villa's location was also very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Overall, I would highly recommend this luxury villa to anyone looking for a top-notch vacation experience. The owner's communication, attention to detail, and commitment to cleanliness were outstanding, and the community amenities were an added bonus. We were 15 people visiting over the Easter weekend. A few hiccups throughout our stay. The code given didn’t work to open the door and there was no phone number to call for help. We also had some trouble with the pool heater. Our host was great at communicating with us and working to resolve our issues. The house is clean, large and as shown in the pictures. The house is basic. There is limited furniture in the bedrooms. One lamp for 8 bedrooms, many rooms lacking side tables and dressers. No extra pillows or blankets. Baking sheets are no included which made using the oven difficult. No wine glasses. BBQ was excellent but no lighter to turn it on. Clubhouse was great. Fun for the kids and adults. Arcade was free which was a blast. Very close access to grocery stores and pharmacy.

This was a nice big home for us

This is one of the perfect rentals we have ever been. There was plenty of space for everyone. The heated pool was amazing it was cleaned and well maintained. The kids loved the gaming area and they enjoyed playing at the resort pool.

The house had everything we needed for our vacation, we all enjoyed staying at the place the furniture was well maintained and the beds were very comfortable. We had a fun family BBQ night, Would definitely book again!!! Overall a great place for vacation with large groups, The owner was very responsive, the neighborhood was quiet and the amenities offered were amazing the kids loved it. The adults enjoyed the private pool at the property.

I stayed at the new villa with a heated pool and spa, and was blown away by the amenities. The crib was a lifesaver and the community amenities such as the lazy river, they were well-maintained and provided a fun and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend this villa for families or groups looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in the villa. The neighborhood & villa itself is very nice. Hope to be back soon !
