The amenities were great. Cristobal was super responsive regarding questions.

Local experience with beautiful sights and great food nearby.

The room was awesome, looked better in-person than the pictures. The beach is literally across the street and there are plenty of places to eat just a short drive. The drinks are way watered down at the tourist restaurants. There are several grocery stores just minutes away. We saved money buying breakfast and lunch stuff to make in the room and eating out for dinners. I highly recommend this room, perfect spot and the price for Puerto Rico was great. You will need a rental car tho. The shower and bathroom drains slow but it’s not bad. They have a couple beach chairs and masks and snorkels for use.

I arrived at night and the GPS wasn't quite good, it was somewhat scary to me to see those RV like residential areas on the other side of road. When the sun rises, I see there's road construction ongoing which might make this place less favorable. However just pass the gate and the street, beautiful beautiful ocean and beach is out there for you to walk, swimming and snorkeling... Ever since I love the place. It has everything you would need already. Should there be no road construction ongoing, it would be very easy (in walking distance) to the excursion, water taxi, but with car to drive around, it's only 4 minutes then there are nice restaurants and water taxi to untouched islands and the bio bay tour places... I would stay again next time due to the location and the convenience. We enjoyed the place, but there's no paper towels neither towels in the kitchen, got to buy it yourself.

Front beach

This place is EXCELLENT. Great little place right across the street from two amazing beaches, mangrove forest, and bioluminiscente lagoon. There are many places to eat within wallking distance. The studio is very spacious, clean, quiet, secure and private. When you first arrive, they had a nice welcoming music playing and had a warm welcoming scent. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely stay here again.

Owner is excellent! He is very kind. Places suspicious and the location is nearby beach.

This location was phenomenal. Great little place right across the street from an amazing beach, less than a 2 minute walk. Calm, beautiful water and breathtaking snorkeling along the coral reef. Tiny inconveniences that did not affect our stay at all: Was a little confusing to get to and the shower was slow to drain but great communication with the owner. Tons of places to eat within wallking distance. 25 minute drive to the ferry or El Yunque. Will most definitely recommend and will stay here again. This was my favorite beach.

This place is EXCELLENT. You are right across from two beautiful beaches. You are right next to a local restaurant with excellent fresh seafood. You are within walking distance of the bioluminiscente lagoon, a mangrove forest, and a bio preserve. There are lots of water activities nearby. Grocery store is a few miles away. You would need to drive but you would also need to drive to get to this location. Cristobal the property manager was excellent. He was exceedingly helpful and friendly. He knows so much about the area. My mom and I stayed here and felt the pictures did not do it justice. The bed was more comfortable than my bed at home. Lots of pillows. Nice bathroom and kitchen. Large TV for streaming. Internet was pretty good. The shower doesn’t get very warm but it doesn’t really matter because Puerto Rico was hot every day. Good air conditioning. The kitchen has a stove, fridge (small ice box inside) microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and cooking items like pots and silverware. Bathroom had bath towels. Once the restaurant closes at night it’s pretty quiet. Maybe around 10:00PM. We walked around as two women and no one bothered us. This is a beautiful quiet location. This is not a nightlife/party location. I’d highly recommend staying here. I want to go back!

The property overall is pretty nice. Nothing too fancy, but realistically, you're probably not going to be spending a ton of time there. Easy walk to the beach and dining, and a short walk to several other restaurants and a little mini-mart. The host was INCREDIBLY communicative, which was a very welcome change from most places we've stayed. Would definitely consider staying again.

Incredible location for anyone who likes a beautiful beach & lots of trails across the street. Comfortable & cozy, if you don’t feel like staying in for dinner, a few delicious restaurants are in walking distance.

Love it go back again

Cristobal, the owner, was outstanding. A water line had been cut by construction, and the property was without running water when we arrived. He brought us several gallon jugs and went to bat with the city/construction company to ensure our water was restored promptly. Property itself is maybe 100' from a drop-dead gorgeous bay. A little over an hour's drive from San Juan, it has easy access to breathtaking beaches, snorkeling, great dining, and El Yunque rainforest. 10/10, would definitely stay again.

I've probably stayed at around 50-60 different properties in Puerto Rico and this was one of my favorite. It is quiet, convenient (full kitchen), right across the street from the beach with great beach hiking in both directions and a short walk from many activities at Kayak Village and great restaurants like Costa Mia and La Esquina De Andy. Highly recommended in Fajardo.

Fantastic! Location, communication, studio—all were great. Highly recommend, assuming you have a rental car. Happy and glad we stayed here.

The shower curtain rod dropped down on my first night. It so happened I improvised. To make the story short, it was not fixed during my 4th night stayed. The property manager was very apologetic. I hope next time I come it will be fixed. Beside this one incident, I LOVED this place very much. Very quite and secure. Very private.

We loved the property. It was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Near the beach with many options for food. The perfect little getaway. The night sky view was amazing. Great experience overall

Great beach

I stayed for 18 days. Just relaxing and exploring the island. But 7 seas beach roght across the street was my favorite beach. Multiple tasty restaurants within walking distance. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I absolutely loved the place and will stay again. It was extremely clean, the communication was on point and you walked across the street to the beach with an amazing restaurant at your fingertips 💜🇵🇷🌴

Lovely stay, however we were surprised that there was no couch or end tables to use while watching TV. The place is spacious and can certainly accommodate these items. Ceiling fan was not functioning nor the stove exhaust. We stayed for 10 days and would love to return!!

There is nothing bad to say! Everything was perfect. Clean & convenient. Location at seven seas is just excellent. Communication from booking to arrival and departure was quick and friendly. Can’t wait to go back!!

As always, Cristobals place is always up and beyond over the top! Huge stay with everything as an apartment would have and plenty of room. Wifi, tv, secure parking. Walking distance to many things you will want to do. 100 feet to the beach across the street. Tour Cabezas Natural Reserve across the street and you wont be disappointed. We ALWAYS Catamaran and snorkel with Salty Dog down the street. Bio bay is right there as well. We always stay with Cristobal and have never needed anything else. Great shower, bed, full kitchen with huge sit at counter, all utensils, microwave, coffee pot, stove etc. you really have to stay here. Thank you as always!
