Good location, nice neighbourhood and friendly staff

I noticed there was an unpleasant smell in the home as I entered for the first time. The property manager told me it was most likely from the cleaning products. I didn’t use the hand towels but they were discoloured and need replacing. Also, the rug in the living room is dusty and needs to be washed or aired out. Hanging frames are not secured and held up by command strips. This caused a picture frame hanging in the bathroom to fall at 3am, knocking the pipe from the wall and causing a flood in the home. What a disaster it was!! Everyone was frantic. Our shoes, suitcases of clothes, my 4 month old baby’s car seat, play pen, amongst other things were getting wet. I was on the phone with the property manager as he was trying to direct me what to do. I was literally outside in bushes trying to find the pipes to turn off the water supply. What a damper on my vacation! Thankfully, a guardsman came over to help and the property manager came to clean up the water. The host, Andrea took absolutely no accountability and placed blame elsewhere. In her words, “the frame was tampered with” and she would not reimburse me for the disruption that occurred the final night of my stay. After I complained to booking.com she went as far as telling them that I did not follow her policies and this is what caused the flooding in her home. I was even sent a bill for nearly $600usd. I don’t know which policy was not followed when we were all in bed at 3am sleeping when this frame fell from the wall. Good thing I am a light sleeper since my baby was with me. Had I not woken, this could have been a fatal situation. An electrical fire could have started because the water would not stop running. I don’t know if this was a ploy to make an insurance claim for water damage but something seems fishy to me.

Really luxurious

I loved the location on the 7 mile beach. I could have my day at the beach or the pool provided by the little Bay County Club. I also , liked having a balcony off of my bedroom to go and sit in the evening. Anywhere I wanted to go nothing was too far to get too. The property is quiet and the grounds are very well kept. The property has security 24hours which is very good.

What’s not to like !! This is just a wonderful setting.

It was beautiful !!!! The home is well kept , clean and stocked with hose essentials…. The grounds are well kept pool area and beach are very nice with longe chairs and all … good for families and small groups ..
