Creative layout with very friendly staff! Love the amenities! Foam bed was an experience and we enjoyed the opportunity to try one out.

The room is very clean, comfortable, and the bathroom was very nice.

The breakfast was fairy do it yourself, was disappointing. The online check-in was complicated for an older couple. The TV operation was complicated and limited. For the price I was disappointed.

Big room and very clean! Lots of exploring and places to relax. Although we didn’t use it the kitchen was nice.

Needs a garbage can in the room and more coffee available for multiple days would be nice. More info on how to use the gym would have been good. Check in was confusing and was not explained how to use the check in. Didn’t receive QR code from Booking.

Modern/ high tech/ different/ quite/ private/ beds are super cozy:) love the decor.

The convenience of it being a “smart” hotel, very clean, safe and secure!! Beautiful place!! Very elegantly done all over inside, kitchen, room and the shower!!

Honestly nothing, but my kid wished there was a pool lol.

The privacy was spectacular.. Rooms were large and beautifully done..

Place was a new experience for us, as it was almost all automated, 10 minutes from where we needed to go that day.

Not much. Just the rocket nozzle lower shower head seemed to have way too much pressure behind the water jets⅕

The Icon Inn clearly has high standards in regards to Cleanliness and Comfort. The Contactless service is continent, and the staff is very helpful if needed. The Blackout Curtains and smart TV made the stay feel much like home. The overall design and color of the Interior is Top Tier. This is a far superior stay to any other establishment in the County.

My associate and I found the beds to be rather firm.
