Es un fraude tanto la aplicación como el Hotel que ni existe

Es muy tranquilo , se duerme muy agusto , tenía sábanas y toallas prácticamente nuevas el centro esta a cuadras del hotel , muy seguro el lugar y la relación calidad- precio es excelente

El personal del hotel no está pendiente de los huéspedes, nadie aparece en la recepción y la cocina, decía desayuno incluido y no hubo, adicional, olvidamos un cargador de IPhone en la habitación y NO lo quisieron devolver “Deshonestos”.

El servicio del personal y las habitaciones muy cómodas un poco de ruido pero supongo era por la fecha de fiestas, en general todo salió super bien.

Tiene muchos detalles de humedad, la chapa del Lugar tanto a la calle como al Cuarto no es tan seguro, el desayuno es inexistente hahaha y las fotos son muy buenas y no se ven los cuartos como en ellas y cuando llegas el cuarto se ve muy diferente… deja mucho que desear, no había ni mesas ni silla son de trabajar en el Cuarto…

No hay ventanas , es caluroso , solo tiene un abanico y la colcha se veía sucia . Además se escuchaban ruidos extraños por la noche

This paranoid operator has dictorial policies, which it does not disclose on booking.com. It "insists" that it is "mandatory" that you provide the ID and data of both you and your companion with a 3rd party called guesty.com. I informed them I would provide ID at the time of check-in, but not to a 3rd party. From the narrative, it appeared that they finally agreed. By this time, it was too late. We had booked accommodation at another hotel in Tlaquepaque. We were so glad we did, even though we were out the cost of the 3 nights we had booked at Hostpal Hotel Mansion. At Hostpal Hotel Mansion, the extensive check-out procedures state: "House rules are very valuable to us. We always strive to keep it in excellent condition...This involves a lot of physical and financial effort." Based on reviews, this is questionable. Regardless, sharing of ID and personal data with a 3rd party should not be a requirement of check-in. If so, it should be stated in the policies before paying for the accommodation. The Hotel has not reached out to compensate me in any way.

The common areas are useful, and the atrium sitting area is very pleasant. The wifi worked well (accounting for typical gaps in Mexico). The manager was pleasant flexible when around.

There is no housekeeping at all for the rooms, and halfway through my stay, maintenance of the common areas seemed to stop. Garbage overflowed the bins, dishes piled up in the sink, and drinking water and supplies ran out. The rooms are dark and stuffy (no windows, limited ventilation). Perhaps this property shouldn't call itself a hotel. With some attention it could be a nice enough guest house.
