Feuchtigkeit/ Schimmel an der wand im zimmer und der küche, im zimmer kein einziges fenster zum lüften (fenster gehen in den essensraum) auch keine klimatisation als ersatz, dadurch feuchtes klima im zimmer. Verrauchtes bad.

BEWARE!! This host is a potential scammer.We arrived at this place in the evening and after struggling to find out where the parking was (there was no street parking, so we had to go in the paid parking opposite) We finally found out which apartment we had booked - there were numerous on different levels inside the building, no elevators, and with no numbers, just white doors that looked the same. Then, we used the code to open the door, only to find that there were already people staying in there, and in fact the host was renting individual ROOMS in one apartment with shared communal spaces. There was a group of students staying in all the rooms, so our room wasn't even available because someone was in there using the bed!! They told us they were misled into thinking they were booking a whole apartment, not "rooms" in an apartment shared with strangers. We texted the owner/host but all she said was that our room was in the apartment at the back and that the other people should not be using it, she was very unhelpful and later (after we left) even tried to get us to book another one of her apartments for extra money instead of admitting to her mistake and giving us a full refund. We asked her for our money back but she still has not given us a refund. We could not stay there, given the circumstances so we were forced to return to our car and find an Airbnb, it was already late and we had a hard time finding a suitable apartment in a safe area. We had to drive an hour to find something. It was an awful situation and we felt cheated/scammed out of our money. We're afraid to use booking.com from now on, but hopefully they will do the right thing and request the host gives us a refund so we can at least feel safe using this platform in future. Honestly, do yourself a favor and don't risk booking from this host. You don't know what to expect. We even wondered if this was all a set up, maybe the girls in the apartment were in on it??

It’s felt like home 🏡

The keypad style.. 🥲 i forgot my mobile inside the room and the code was in my mobile. When i came back at night to enter in my room it was very difficult, because i didn’t remember the code too.. it would be great if they provide keys rather than codes . Sometimes phone’s battery can be die and they can’t see the code 🥹

Close to city center. Big apartment. Good for couples. Owner is very helpful. Everything is relatively new. Cozy and bright dinning room and balcony.

No cleaning in the room even for longer stays. Not suitable but still manageable for those with babies and toddlers. No elevator.

In a very central but at the same time calm area. Reachable to ubahn/ central train station- and walk distance to city center. Common spaces in the flat was nice, you can have your home comfort

The single bed for 2+1 room was not comfortable.

For one night visit in Bielefeld, everything went really super smooth. And the same once arrived even if you hadn't clearly realise by booking that the room was within a shared apartment. No problem with that when arrived on the spot, i)the apartment was not fully booked and ii) there was anyhow really enough and clean/luminous space for everyone :)!! We had Room 4 and had finally the bathroom just next door for ourselves. FINE.

It would have been nice to find an easier coffee machine/thing for the morning...

the room is extremely dirty and has smoke smell, curtain js not working, TWO large visible STAINS on the super thin bed sheet and human hairs on the decorative pillows (NO PROPER pillows were provided) the room does not come with bathroom but a shared one with others.

The staff was very nice and it was very clean and the room was good and cozy. The location is central.
