Great location with fabulous views. Lots of bars and restaurants close by.

Pool area was lovely with comfy sun loungers but was missing sun umbrellas which meant it wasn’t possible to enjoy the sunshine or the pool area for more than fifteen minutes. It’s possible that this is the intention of the hotel to minimise the time spent there but I’d say that’s unlikely. More likely is it’s an oversight, but a rather large one in my opinion.

Cet hôtel est vraiment très bien, les chambres spacieuses (chambre familiale) petit déjeuner vraiment copieux. L’établissement est moderne, très propre, piscine vue Océan ainsi que les chambres, même si elle ne sont pas toutes face à lui. La salle de fitness a du bon matériel.Je recommande vivement cet établissement. Possibilité de bonnes balades digestives le soir. L’emplacement est très bien

Le service voiturier un peu cher mais il y a un parking en face et à coté de l’hôtel

It was clean, great access to the beach

Elevator down all weekend. Never got towels when requested. Had a strong sulfur/rotten egg smell on the 5th floor most of the stay.

The outrageous pet fee &150 is ridiculous for a twenty pound dog, I probably will never stay there again, I would feel better if you just stuck. Him in my back and robbed me straight up !

Location to beach..not a lot of restaurants to choose from in walking distance when you don’t want to deal with the valet constantly.

Valet, was the worst, massive issue on way in, no carts for our belongings, loads of valet who could of found us one, I had to follow another guest to their room to get one. ( told guests staying overnight like to keep in their rooms). Finally got cart and car was valeted …so had to wait to get car back out to unload.. room was noisy, then valet LOST keys the morning of checkout, 40 min we searched, tried to get Marriott manager involved, she refused to see me, she finally came out when my husband made it so she had to, was going to make a scene… she said it has nothing to do with Marriott who contracts with valet company….well Marriott contracts with them so fault rolls to Marriott. I was disgusted by her unprofessionalism…. Worst run Marriott I have ever stayed at. They said they found keys in the drawer, which was a lie..I helped rifle thru the drawers to find keys, keys were not in drawer….A valet from night before came to help “ look” for keys, which leads me to believe he had keys on him by mistake and it was a cover up. I hate being lied to…..We stay at Marriotts all over the world and will never ever stay here again…horrible valet service, horrible management….not to mention, the door to the beach , which is open to valet cars is always unlocked, that is not safe…… we will also contact Marriott directly regarding this issue.
