great location, clean and spacious. lighting in front and back needs attention, no privacy curtains in front sitting area, bathroom plug dangerous( needs replacing-broken), bathroom/shower poor. Unit is in perfect location, clean but needs some TLC to make it right.

We had a great stay at Pelican Gardens on Lido! Just a short walk to both the beach and St. Armand’s Circle. Lots of things to do in this area! Thanks!

Unfortunately we needed to cut our stay short by over 2 weeks due to an emergency back home but the location is spectacular and being able to bring our two poodles was fantastic!

The property provides a really nice stay experience. It isn’t a 5-star hotel but provides all of the basic needs.

Well, My stay started with the door handle falling off … It just got worse from there. Get this *Your allocated one roll of toilet paper for a two week stay. To get to a store is a chore from Lido beach..So stalk up! Bring napkins too!! The sunshine was phenomenal. Property management not so much. Total waste of money

My husband and I stayed at the "Lido Key Cottage" last week...On arriving, we thought we were at the wrong place - the photos show a bright, clean, happy yellow cottage...In actuality, this isn't really a cottage at all - it's more of an old Florida community...All of the buildings were in the process of being painted blue...The grounds were in really bad shape and the pool was really a disappointment... However, the inside was clean and had all new appliances, dishes, pots & pans, etc...The bed was very comfortable and the bed linens were the best we've had at a VRBO... There was no soap in the bathroom, there was a lot of hair up in the corners of the shower after someone had cleaned it...There weren't enough towels and not enough toilet paper to get through our 5-night stay... We couldn't figure out how to get to the beach from the property so can't confirm the 5-minute walk - we drove all the way down to St Armands and accessed Lido Beach at that public access site...We also were not inclined to walk to St Armand's Circle - would have been quite a trek... Overall, cute on the inside but the outside needs some maintenance and sprucing up...Definitely needs a lot of landscaping attention, including the common pool area...

My family stayed at this cottage for a month this summer. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood and great location. Diann was there to answer questions and was quick to respond to any concerns that needed addressed. We are looking at the calendar now to see when we can return for future visits.

The cottage was very clean and 3 blocks from a beautiful beach. The bunk bed room does not have a door making it difficult for the little one to fall asleep as it is close to the living room and kitchen. There were no details in the house regarding how to access the beach, things to do or restaurants which would have been helpful. The WiFi password was incorrect and the manager did not answer my call promptly which was a problem as one of us was working from home that day. Once I did get ahold of her she promptly remedied the issue. Beach chairs, towels and umbrella were very nice to have and the beach was lovely. I would stay here again!
