The window locks need to be replaced (they dont lock properly) I would recommend to add an additional lock to the front door sinde the code can be shared or known by someone and someone can easily break in at any time.

Great location. Free street parking available, no ptoblem to find free spot. However, you need to check the parking signs because there is street cleaning on Wednesdays and Thursdays morning. The host will inform you about it in the instructions that are very clear. If you do not receive the information leaflet about the apartment, just ask the host and they will send it to you immediately.

We requested earlier check in multiple times due to our very early arrival to LA. The host was promising us that they will do the best they can to have the house cleaned as fast as possible, but in the end, we were still not allowed to check in earlier than 4 pm. The cleaning of the house apparently takes at least 5 hours from 10:00 am (which is standard check out time). It is not that big of a house and 1 person can properly clean it in 2-3 hours. You will receive a reminder to check out on time sharp (10:00 am) with a information that every minute of delay will be charged from the cleaning company, but you can coordinate your cehck out time with the host in advance. Upon check out, you need to make sure all the dishes are washed/dried and placed on the rack or inside the drawer, all garbage removed and placed in the bins outside, so you need to do part of the cleaning job. That is why I am wondering why it takes som much time to clean the house for the cleaning company. :)

Bed was comfortable, there was coffee and filters to start the morning 😊, all the electronics worked OK The house is comfortable and nice, even when location is not the best.

Booking says it has free parking and it hasn't, you have to look for space to park in the street without security for your vehicle. The house is not externally illuminated, so if you arrive at night, you have to guess which one is the house and use the mobile flashlight to unlock the entrance, it's completely dark and the number is not easy to see. We were 3 adults and 2 kids, I asked specifically to have the sofa done for one of the kids and when we arrived it was not done so we had to look for sheets and blankets to do a bed at 11pm. The host was very persistent on the checkout hour, we received more than 4 messages saying we have to leave the house before 10am, that by the way, is very early for checking out normally you have til noon to check out. It's not clear that is an stand alone house, for the photos and space we thought it was an apartment. Location is not exactly as it appears on booking and even when you share address, for someone that is an stranger in the city is almost the same to nothing.

tem horas que tem poucas vagas na rua e temos que parar mais longe, mas isto. nada tem a ver com a casa em si, apenas esta parte que era um pouco mais chata
