Clean and comfortable

Last day...shower was pure hot water...couldn't control temperature on water

It was new and Fresh and close to highway and meeting places I needed to be at.

A little confused about tech/ door lock, half glass shower and tv was difficult and lost channels on last day. Pricey meals / value

It was big and spotless. The bed was so so comfortable. The staff could not do enough for you. Quite and no noise. Tv was a good size also

Breakfast needs a little improvement.

Das Hotel ist seit April des Jahres geöffnet. Aus diesem Grund ist alles in einem neuwertigen Zustand. Die Ausstattung des Hotels gemessen am amerikanischen Hotelstandard liegt im oberen Bereich in Bezug auf Design, Zimmerausstattung, Fittnessbereich, Schwimmbad und Aufenthaltsbereiche.

Trotz E-Mail Ankündigung eines Langzeitaufenthaltes im Hotel von 14 Tagen keinerlei Rückmeldung. Bei Ankunft war natürlich nichts von meinen Wünschen (trotz Marriott Bonvoy) berücksichtigt. Niemand fragte nach Status oder sonstigem. Die Mitarbeiter wirken neu und unerfahren. Das Houskeeping war ein Desaster. Trotz des spezifischen Wunsches das jeden Tag die Zimmer gereinigt und die Betten gemacht werden wurde dies nicht erfüllt. Seife auffüllen...schwierig! Ich habe 3x bei der Rezeption im Beisein der Housekeeping Managerin klar darauf hingewiesen was ich möchte. Nichts ist passiert!! Wichtig ist hier zu sagen, dass ich den direkten Vergleich habe weil wir 2 Zimmer gebucht hatten für ein weiteres Familienmitglied. Auch hier das gleiche Bild. Wenn das Hotel/Zimmer nicht so neu gewesen wäre hätte diese Reise ganz anders ausgesehen... Kaffeemaschine wurde nicht gereinigt, Kaffeesets nicht aufgefüllt. Alles nur nach Aufforderung. Einmal haben wir sogar nachts das Bett frisch überziehen lassen von einer Dame des Nachthousekeepings weil die Kollegen das Tagsüber wohl nicht geschafft haben. Wirklich ein Armutszeugnis. Im Hotel gibt es kein Restaurant lediglich eine kleine Kaffeeteria die nur am Morgen geöffnet hat um am Abend zur Bar wird. Alles in allem ist das Hotel in Ordnung aber das Housekeeping macht das Ergebnis zunichte. Ich bin selber GM einer Hotelgruppe und habe mich sehr gewundert, warum der GM des Hotels bei so vielen Beanstandungen nicht einmal auftaucht und sich der Sache annimmt!!! Das sollte zu denken geben...ICh gebe mein Feedback direkt an die Gruppe weiter. So eine Hotelführung darf nicht sein!

Nice location, even though it was close to the freeway our room was nice and quiet. New, clean rooms were very spacious and comfortable.

Housekeeping didn’t clean our room.

Even though I turn the front thermostat to completely off there is still a nightly noise with the ventilation system. Either they have it turned up to drowned off the traffic noise as they are equivalently disturbing my peaceful sleep. But not fall asleep. Only got 4 hours if I did not get to sleep in and they charged me for an extra night when I only booked two so I have to make a phone call. And that will probably cause me some stress because I might have to go through a third party and figure out who's doing the charging. Thank goodness I asked for a paper receipt so I have proof.

There was absolutely no tea bags or Cutlery in my room. Two cups and two coffees. But I only drink decaf and there was not an option on the coffee either. Housekeeping needs to be leaving those items in the room but they are all new as well as the building so I'm sure you've got some bugs to figure out

It was close to downtown but also right next to a major freeway.

The water pressure was horrible in the showers. They had a pool but no hot tub, which was the biggest let down. What are adults supposed to do, hang with kids in a 8 by 10 pool? The lights were cool and modern but super confusing, you couldn't have just a bedside light on without a bunch of different "ambiance" lights being on at the same time. Won't be choosing a Marriot again. I expect better for the price point.

$8 ice cream bar in snack shop and coffee machine in snack shop wasn’t available because they didn’t have any filters.
