Our room was filthy. Walls had stains. The sheets on our bed had cigarette holes. The window drapes had holes which allowed light to pass through. The entire experience was dreadful and the entire hotel reeked of cigarette smoke. This has been the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

The first person who attended me was rude. But the second person was a gentleman. He took his time to look for a room where I am comfortable.

Not a bad place for the money but they definitely need to upgrade the beds. The king bed that I had was very very uncomfortable to sleep on. I got hardly any sleep for the 4 nights that I was there. Other than that it's really not too bad of a place to stay for the amount of money you're paying.

The price was very attractive, but this property needs updating. For starters, we requested non-smoking and maybe that room was but adjacent rooms and the hallway smelled of smoke. The mattress was thin, hard and flat and the room felt a bit like a cellblock. Not one picture on the walls. A smile from the staff on arrival would mean a lot.

The worst…talk about roach motel. This hotel smells of bugs spray and cigarettes in a no smoking zone. There was cockroaches everywhere.

This was a terrible hotel- plexiglas at the check-in window. Doors with gaps on the floor so one could see feet in the hallway. Curtains that were torn and off of hooks. Just run-down and a bit scary. We got off of the interstate and just wanted to sleep for 8 hrs. Well sleep with one eye open we did. Housekeeping looked as if they try—but it’s a difficult task I am sure as it is so run down

The staff was nice and the bed was comfortable. Those are the only positive things I can say. There was a hair on the shower towel, duct tape residue on the toilet seat, the AC unit was covered in dust and I found cockroaches!

Hotel personnel had to switch my room five times because the drainage in the bathtub does not work when you put on shower and in that process of being moved five times I forgot my AirPods and my cell phone charger in one of the rooms talk morning personal about it to give me a call if found and they did absolutely nothing Even when they switched me to the fifth room there was a problem with drainage in the bathtub in that room too, but I was so tired. I just decided not to try to get a sixth room.

The sink faucet was tiny , The pillows were tiny , the bed very noisy mattress was very uncomfortable we only had 2 bath towels for 4 guest we asked but dint get . I could go on overall it was just not pleasing . Very disappointing

Just a horrible experience overall. The Walls We're dirty, the bed was horrible made a lot of noise I couldn't even sleep right. The Toilet Seat Was broken. The Furniture Looked Like It Came From Mark Twain House. Hallway floors we're dirty also. This should be called a motel not a hotel. Never Again Would I Stay Here.😡😡

For the price, this is a great stay. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Not the nicest hotel/motel around, but for your dollar its well worth the stay.

Had to move three times during my 5 day stays. The first day the sink was clogged. They moved me to another room the bathroom toilet start bring up water bathroom was flood then they moved me sheet had stains and was covered with blanket also has cigarettes burn even tho i ask for a non smoke room i was still smelling smokes.

All staff great except one older woman who said she would bring more towels but never did and she was rude. The place needs some maintenance as our room had electrical outlet issues so we had to move and plug fridge and microwave elsewhere, microwave old and dirty. Lots of dust in all corners and burn holes on bedding, but nice room other than that. One roll of toilet paper was not enough and asked for more with out any problem by one nice man cleaning. Could use a couple more pillows on bed for comfort though. All in all okay for the price

Very reasonable price, even for the problems. Check in staff was very knowledgeable and professional, even at 11:00 p.m. Room and building smelled of all kinds of things, mold, smoke, cannabis, not fresh, but not chokingly so. Could hear commotion around the room, wasn't sure if police would end up involved, but the deadbolt and security lock felt secure. Bare bones room, but again, it was VERY inexpensive. Bathroom door didn't really close, drywall patch on the walls wasn't even sanded, let alone the same color as the walls. Towels and sheets were coarse, but again, VERY inexpensive!

This property was dirty, stains on the sheets, water damage on the ceiling, loud and when we arrived, they were not even able to check us in for three hours because their Internet was down.

The only good thing about this hotel is they still have smoking rooms, besides that it's a mess stay somewhere else.

Worst ever. Staff was horrible. There were no towels in the bathroom. Had to ask for them. He gave me one. Said that’s all he had. There were two people in the room. Words can’t describe how bad it was.

It's extremely clean the staff is not snobby and I'm very accommodating I asked for a non-smoking and that's what I got not even in my hallway smelled everything was clean as I did a thorough search I feel very safe they weren't people hanging out in the parking lot or in front of the hotel did the hotels hold the quorum was amazing in great I got more than I asked for but my money it's next to Walmart the grocery store CVS Walgreens everything is in walking distance even if you want to go out to eat and have fun there's entertainment like mini golf that you can even see from your window next door try it out. and I appreciate that thank you so much

Appears that Wyndham made an acquisition for additional revenue stream but has not invested any funding into maintenance of property. Gym was closed due to a plumbing/flooding issue. 1st floor ice maker was inoperable. Bare bones room.

The hotel was not up to standards as far as the room was concerned the bathroom shower was dirty & the plug to the refrigerator was not even secured my husband had to ask for more toilet paper , the remote for the tv wouldn’t work. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hallway and room rugs looked like they had not been vacuumed in months. The whole building had a musy odor. Seemed like it had been flooded at some point. Bathroom floor and shower dirty.
One word describes it, a dump.
