Very pleasant landlord, enough rooms and space inside and outside in the garden together with a terrific panorama over lake garda! We had a very relaxing time, thank you.

Property is in a beautiful location. The outside space is large and has fantastic lake views. Inside the property is on two levels which gives plenty of space with three double bedrooms. The owner was easy to contact and very helpful. Malcesine itself is a lovely place with plenty of cafes and bars. I would recommend this property.

The house was spacious with a very fine location and a splendid view over the lake. Moreover the wi-fi worked impeccably and the mattresses were good. But nevertheless we were disappointed. The description of the house indicated that there should be central heating but it did not work. The cleaning of the house was not satisfying - the drawers in the kitchen were dirty, we had to clean the plates, the glasses and the cutlery before use. There was no hood in the kitchen. Other than that the bed quilts were too thin for the cold nights. We also had problems with the electric power and the toilet which made us try to get in contact with the host by calling and sending sms but it was impossible. The guests in the B-house right next to ours (the same host) nor could contact him. Concerning the host: The communication before arriving was slow. He promised to give us a phone number of a woman who lived nearby but forgot it. He could not be contacted during our stay. Nobody to welcome and inform us. The things mentioned above mean that we cannot recommend this house.

Absolutely fantastic property great communication wonderful location incredible views

The property was just right for us in a lovely location with a great view over Lake Garda, an ideal base for us sailing at Fraglia Vela Malcesine. The town of Malcesine itself is lively and a short, but steep, walk away. Lots to do around here including the cable car to Monte Baldo not far away and well worth the visit. Francesco is a very welcoming host.

A short (20 minutes uphill, 15 minutes downhill) walk from the historic centre of Malcesine, the newly renovated house boasts a stunning view over the lake. Floor heating - if switched on - provides extra comfort. Quite spacious with three bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms and two living rooms plus a terrace complete with bbq-shed allow for larger groups to enjoy a wonderful time in amidst old olive trees. The landlord and his girlfriend were very friendly and tended to our needs quickly. Higly recommended!
