Hotel was great. Large clean rooms. Breakfast was done well and a great option. Location is in a business park which is safe and clean, just a car ride to get to any options.

RIP OFF

Room was excellent. Was spacious and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and bathroom modern. Felt front desk needs improvement. Took a long time for person to check us in and was not given information regardind several amenities. At checkout, waited several minutes but no one was at front desk. Overall hotel was very nice.

The tile floors in the room were dirty. My bare feet picked up the dirt.

My family and I had a great time. They had a great breakfast.

We arrived around 5:30pm (check in was noted to be at 3:00pm) just to be told our room was still being serviced and no other rooms were available to get us into at that time. No verbal apology or anything. It would have been appreciated if we were offered to leave our bags as we had evening plans and wouldn’t be done until later that night, but okay. We arrive back to the hotel around 11:00pm and are locked out since we didn’t have a room key (since we obviously hadn’t been given our room). Good safety measure but was definitely annoying at the time. Went to the front desk to check in and the host seemed less than friendly. My husband mentioned we were here earlier and our room wasn’t ready on time and all the host had to say was, “Oh.” It’s little guest relations things like “I’m so sorry for that inconvenience” that make issues like that blow over, but it’s easy to say we all went to bed pretty irritated. Other than our interactions, the hotel itself was nice. I just wish our staff experience was different.

We love Home 2 Suites and are always pleased with the comfort and feel of a home away from home. We had the most beautiful view from the 4th floor. Fabulous accommodations. Hugo was very helpful and conscientious worker!

King suite is super nice. Has a nice kitchen and bathroom. The rooms are very nice and clean and the rooms smell nice.

Safe place to stay, next door to the CHP. It doesn't get more safe than that. The room is big and beds ar comfortable, the only thing is that the beds are full size and not queen, other than that I enjoyed my stay there.
