Hotel was clean with very friendly staff. Location very good for walking downtown.

The room was really clean; so was the lobby and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had to park a moving truck in the downtown area and they created a plan so it would be an easy process for me to navigate. Also, hooked us up with some good snacks for being honor's guests

Everything about the Hampton Inn and their staff was beyond amazing. We evacuated from FL due to Hurricane Milton and it couldn’t have been a more welcoming stay. Every employee was pleasant and just helpful in every way. We travel a lot and this hotel will always be one of my favorites.

Be careful when you stay here. There is a brick wall on 2nd floor rooms. There is no view at all. Very depressing.

We always stay at the Hampton Inn when in Columbus. It is clean, the service is always fabulous, and the location is perfect. The beds are comfy and there are black out curtains so you sleep well. It is also reasonably priced.

Our air conditioning unit sounded like a dying Tyrannosaurus. Very loud, very aggressive and probably produced impact tremors. Staff was lovely.

Our family went Whitewater Rafting on the Chattahoochee and the hotel is located 3 blocks from the Whitewater Express center. Easy walk. We enjoyed the riverfront every day.
The hotel was great, the staff friendly, and the facilities spotless. They were helpful suggesting other things to do and directions. The area dining is right next to hotel. Since CSU is located across the street there is lots of choices for restaurants, bars, coffee houses, and ice cream. We will always recommend the Hampton Inn Downtown. Columbus is delightful.

I was traveling in late (arriving 2/3am). I called and asked if it would be an issue before booking and they just asked for my name so they could expect me. I made the booking based on how kind and accomodating they were for the arrival time, but when i arrived it was even better. The staff were amazing. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The location downtown was also convenient and beautiful. I would have liked an extra day to enjoy their facilities and explore.

Hotel is very clean and fresh. The staff was friendly and accommodating. What we loved most is the location. Located in Uptown Columbus, River Walk, restaurants and shops are just steps away. The hotel also has onsite parking for a very reasonable fee. Well stay there again on our next visit to Columbus.

Clean property, very friendly staff, however, the rooms are very noisy, can here people walking around above you, no insulation. The hotel sits on a very busy street, it is very noisy until late hours, traffic, people etc. A very noisy property.

Nice hotel in the heart of downtown close to lots of local restaurants and bars. Huge room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom ceiling was peeling badly from shower moisture! Very nice staff!

I didn't like the room 204 because looking out the window was a WALL I ask the desk clerk can they change my room, and he flat out said NO!

the location is with in walking distance of so many restaurants, and entertaiment activites. The river walk is worth the stroll and is only steps away. The staff were all so helpful and welcoming.

Loved our stay. Very nice people at the desk both times. While I understand you have to pay for parking which to me when you’re a guest you shouldn’t have too. When your elevator to the parking deck is broken and your not able to go in another way other than to go all the way around to the front with your stuff in poor weather is kind of crazy to then charge is 12 dollars to park there. If there is no way to get in it might as well be street parking.
