Our room was spacious and clean, beds were comfortable and the parking was ample. That’s the end of the good stuff. On the downside, the interior soundproofing was awful. Our room had an adjoining door, and that didn’t help, so we could hear everything…until 1am.compared to the other many places we have stayed the breakfast was decidedly sub-par. Won’t be back.

Only stayed one night, but everything was clean, room was a good size, excellent blackout shades, quiet even though we were next to the freeway, a kitchenette (that we didn’t use, but if staying longer we would), all was good…except the pillows were too thin for me and I was sore next day, but that is minor and I should remember to bring my own pillow when traveling. Breakfast was typical of hotels in this price range, though they had a yogurt machine with a local vanilla variety that I liked much better than yoplait. Overall pleasant stay, would book again.

The kitchen area was a plus. Having three kids and we went out for food and having leftover, the full refrigerator, dishwasher and sink area was great to have.

The roommates soft was a great size and very clean. The problem lies with the accessibility features. The wooden bed seat in the bathroom was so horribly uncomfortable that I was not able to use it again. But the worst part of it was the slick floor. No bathmat, and even putting a towel down made it dangerous for me to get up and try and walk to my wheelchair on my walker from the bench. The whole floor was too slick.
Lastly, that mattress was so soft that we couldn’t sleep. We both saw sleep for two days and had to drive back up to Oregon fatigued. Needless to say we probably won’t be staying there again.

We arrived very late/early morning because of airport delays and were promptly scolded for being late (even though i had called to say we would be late and was told it was not a problem because they were open 24/7). We had two rooms reserved but the staff only gave me one until i asked. The two rooms were not near each other. The breakfast was pretty grim. Also the hotel is next to the highway exit and quite nousy at night.

It was modern, updated, well-equipped with amenities, meeting needs of large families. Not all hotels can accommodate families of 6. The breakfast was pretty good. A couple comments though. There were egg and sausage sandwiches and bowls of egg and sausage scramble. That's very disappointing for those who want eggs but don't eat meat/turkey.

Long story short we’re staying in a lot of different hotels and some are better than others. These beds were so comfortable you fall asleep as soon as you lay on them. The only downfall was the hot tub was freezing, and it was not fixed until the following day, which was extremely disappointing. We told the guy at the front desk and he acted like it didn’t matter. But everything else was pretty good. The breakfast was pretty yummy. Lots of options.

Overall this was a nice hotel. My issue was on arrival with my accommodations. I was told that they did not have the room with 2 queens and a sofa bed that I had booked. The gentleman apologized and said he could do 2 rooms instead BUT the rooms would be on different floors. Traveling as a family this was very inconvenient. I was thankful however that the night shift staff did his best but unfortunately that was all that was left. The rooms themselves were excellent, clean and spacious.

The room was very pricey so and the room was sold as a suite so my expectations were higher than what I found. The room was clean, nice, and comfortable, but the "suite" was created by inserting a full-sized fridge and dishwasher into the entryway (totally unnecessary for our one-night stay) and putting up a curtain between the couch and bed. Otherwise felt like a very normal hotel room. Would have traded the awkwardly full kitchen amenity for a bathtub and a little more space in the room. Lots of bird poop/nests on the exterior of the building; corporate setting with the grounds crammed between a freeway and sea of parking lot. Again, the room was plenty nice, but for the price and they way it was marketed, I would have expected more from the grounds, and an actual "suite."

We had a great stay! A suite with a bedroom and living room made it easy to separate the kids for sleep. Only thing was when our baby crawled on the floor she ended up completely dirty which just grosses me out - please clean the floors!

I stayed here with my daughters and it was a good hotel for the price. However, I was not completely happy about them not letting one of my daughters who lives close by the hotel to check in before I got there. Earlier the hotel called me if I was willing to switch 2 queen beds with sofa bed room to 1 king with sofa bed room. I intentionally booked that room because we wanted 3 beds, so I said I want the room I booked. Then, my adult daughter wasn't allowed to check in after she was told on the phone it's ok to do so. I feel like she couldn't because we didn't switch the room as their favor. Not only did I ask them, but I also begged them on the phone to let her check in to the room because we got stuck behind a fire. So, she had to sit in the lobby waiting for us for 3 hours.
And, we had panties hanging in the lamp in our room which they removed it at our request. That was shocking.

This is my second time in this hotel, so I like it here. However, this hotel is having issues with housekeeping staff did we did not encounter in our last stay. 1) Our room was late getting ready 5:30 vs 3:00. 2) When I requested more toilet paper on the third day of our stay, they did not provide it because the housekeeping staff did not have time. Fortunately, Safeway is close by. 3) For a 3 night stay, there was no housekeeping service available to refresh the room by request.
