Very nice place, at check-in the lady tried to charge me more than what Hotels.com had charged me, she tried to charge me double of what i booked thru the Hotels.com app

I didn’t like the amount of dogs that was staying there and some although they were on leashes they freighted my grandchildren! My room smelled like a dog had been in there but thankfully I had brought some air freshener

No toilet paper in my room door was open when I first got there shower was broken window shade was stuck. Had to get on a chair to pull it down bathroom floor.

Great place to stay. Hotel was clean and rooms were spacious. Would definitely stay again.

Was told after paying before hand for a room that they were not sure if a room was available after paying a deposit few at the hotel. Had to wait for them to run around to try to find a room and get a room cleaned, trash cans were over flowing at the property. There was also towels and other things thrown out in the hall way floors outside rooms. I was charged for my room after I had paid through hotels.com two weeks prior to this visit and had to go get a refund and now waiting to recovery my money from being charged twice 5-7 days.

The hotel itself is nice. Room was terrific. Liked the gym and public spaces, which includes outdoor patios on ground level. Breakfast included and was decent. Just don't expect staff to do anything beyond very basic operational tasks. They are quick with a "reflexive no." Asked for early check i. Told no rooms were ready. Hard to believe, but okay. Asked for an hour on departure date (a Sunday). Quoted $50. Used the lobby restroonm two different days ... No paper towel. A lot of employees on their phones and chatting among themselves. I may never be in the area again, but if so will try another property.

The property seemed fairly new. The room was great. The breakfast can use some improvement. Not a lot of selection. Eggs were over salted and the turkey sausage patty was tough. The coffee was good.

I was really expecting a wonderful stay for my aunts 97th birthday but the customer service at check in was so hectic and unprofessional manager approached me while im swimming with my kids about if i was staying there or not and which room i was in. Come to find out they had canceled my reservation and i had to pay an inflated rate for one night

We had to clean the toilet and bathroom floor. No dishes for us to use. We had to ask for towels and wash rags and then were told they were washing @ 7:30 PM! Food all over wall and cabinet. Not toilet paper or hand soap. I look for home2suites hotels because I’m use to the excellent service and cleanliness.

For the past 2 years we have stayed at this hotel. The staff is very friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable. This is our go-to place when in town for Dark Lord Day. We’ll be back next year for sure.

Lady at check in appeared to be on a substance of some kind. First room had a dirty and clogged toilet, no issue moving to a new room. Only 2 towels for 3 people, no issue getting more. Beds comfy, kitchen space nice as we were there for vball tourney and had room for snacks and waters. Shower fine.

The GOOD: Customer service was good overall
The BAD: The TV did not turn on! The water in bathroom was very slow.
The UGLY: the ANTS in the bathroom! I noticed them about 2am at which point i was way too tired to complain and go thru switching rooms. I kept everything including shoes above the floor. I didn't feel comfortable enough to even shower!
The AFTER: upon checking it, i expressed my complaints at the desk. It was received with empathy and she was apologetic. I was asked for my phone number and i gave my hilton rewards and was told someone would be in touch. I was told my receipt would be emailed. It was not. I called back and spoke with a gentleman who stated my email wasn't on file. I explained that it was asked of me when i checked out. So i gave it again. I also asked if my complaint had been noted. He wasn't sure but he asked what they were. He asked if i have proof like photos specifically re the ants. That the process was to send proof to corporate and i would be contacted. I told him none of that was said to me. If it were i would have gone back to the room to do so. I was tired and frustrated. After hanging up. A few minutes later i checked my email for the receipt. It was not there so i called again. This time i asked if he would repeat what i told him. He had it wrong. He tried to tell me that's what i told him. No, i know my own email. I didn't like the tone. I received my receipt. Not going back to stay again...ANTS

Our check-in process took over 6 hours. The staff apparently staged a “walk-out” conveniently a few hours before we arrived and there was 1 person trying to handle everything for several large groups staying there for a local tournament. We were given 3 different rooms that were either already occupied or dirty because there was no housekeeping and when we finally got a room the front desk person was unable to make us keys for several hours because she was locked out of their computer system and could not reach a manager to help her. The front desk worker did the absolute best should could with a great attitude, but this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

It was ok. I’m assuming the cleaning staff was rushing. The toilet wasn’t cleaned, it had urine under the seat. The towels weren’t replenished as well. Overall it was ok.

Full sized fridge, dishwasher! plates and silverware and glasses provided. Bathroom is nice complete with shampoo, conditioner and bodywash in a pump.

The room was nice and big! It was a little noisy in the hallway in the morning but it was nice overall.

We arrived the room wasn't ready took about 15 minutes to get it checked out. Expedia messed up our original reservation. The room itself was very nice. Asked for late checkout... (Their checkout is 11am unheard of) clerk curtly told me there are NO late checkouts... Last time I'll book this place

The hotel room wasn't cleaned throughly. There was stains on the sink counter and a large pee stained on the side, underneath the toliet bowl. Another issue was running out of breakfast food and utensils. Not one employee was monitoring. We the customers had to wait until someone comeout and ask for additional food/utensils. Will not be recommending.

Check in times are very late and strict. Working out of town and needed to check in and drop luggage they made me wait for hours then gave me a room that wasn’t cleaned, no apology just wait some more. Staff not very friendly

We stayed 3 nights and had to ask for clean towels. No warning that room service was only supplied upon request. I thought that was included in the room price?

The staff could've been a little more friendly. Our key did not work and it was a hassle to get a key that worked.
