Embassy Suites was Awesome. From the customer service to the free breakfast, everything was superb.

There was nothing I didn't like about it.

The breakfast was good; the egg omelet makers could have been faster, but they were fine.

The Fitness Center could use more than one weight bench.

We had a first floor room but could still see the beach. Rooms and all areas were very clean. Actually looks new. This hotel is right next to the shopping and dining area.

My last 2 days there was a water problem. The first night the water pressure was too low then the next day there was no water . I talked to the receptionist at the front desk she said there was no rooms available to move so she promised to refund me 2 days. Im still looking for my refund. If someone can contact me from this property that would be great.

Wasn’t much I didn’t like..

The room was amazing and very relaxing. In distance to everything I needed and more.

The manager on duty. Canceled my room at 3pm although I received successful payment confirmation at 9:40am with payment reflecting my bank account. Had to wait almost an hour upon arrival to get a room.

Excellent breakfast. New hotel & the manager, Britney, was excellent-even helped with bags. Cleaning staff friendly and helpful. Thank you. But….

NOT BEACH FRONT-busy two lane street (highway) to cross to beach. Room photos deceptive and upon check in received incorrect room with sliver of ‘gulf view’ and no balcony or opening windows. Somewhat redeemed when complained, with better view and balcony. U-shape with pool in middle acts like an amphi theatre for sounds. Extreme Noise from pool with kids screaming, sliding and splashing much like a Disney park, and cars & Harley’s revving as they pass. Loud Music all day and night from Pool & Street. Kids using hot tub till 4:30am with music and laughing/screaming. TV reception bad and very restricted. Valet unnecessary. Hotel will suit families with small children. Not for sea holiday or relaxation at all.

The front desk staff, check in was awful, valet was awful. Room smelled so bad like mildew. Asked for early check in sat for 4 hours waiting. We were there for a few hours definitely not worth it!!!!

The property was beautiful.

It took 4 hours for them to check me in. I arrived at 4 pm and was told the room wasn’t ready that they were cleaning it. I checked back an hour later it still wasn’t ready. 2 hours and was told it was clean but they were waiting for someone to make sure it was clean. 3 hours in it still wasn’t ready. I asked several times to speak with a manager and was told they were trying to make sure it was cleaned. I was told that they were supposed to come speak with me. 4.5 hours in and I finally received a key. I asked for a manager again and was told there wasn’t one on the premises and they would be in at 9 am. I went back down the next morning and spoke with, Lanika, the manager who apologized about how things were handled and told me that she would only charge me $100 for my stay and refund the rest. That was Sunday and today is Thursday and my money has not been refunded yet but I’m trying to give them a couple of days because she assured me that it would be refunded. Also, I saw a charge of $29 on my card from the day that I checked out so I’m not sure what that is because the only thing I purchased was a bottle of water. Long story short, I will not be staying with Embassy again.

I had to get use to the valet parking but they did a great job.

Need to be made aware of all the extra fees up front started At 258 for two nights n by the time I left didn't use any the resort amenities wasn't aware of a 100 dollar a night thought it was 1 time thing then every time the valet handle my keys I was charged 22 dollar fee didn't know.

I found nothing wrong it was exceptional

I believe I lost/left in the room a Wi-Fi hot spot. It is small approx. 3/4” black 1” thick and can not be used other than my phone. I would like it shipped to me. Jj

It was good

I liked that the beach is straight across street. I liked that all the shopping malls was behind me. Everything was walking distance. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The dining area is lovely and so is the outside setting area.

No complaints at all. Everything was great.

The hotel REQUIRED valet parking, charged $22 a day for parking and then $15 each time they brought your car to you to use. I thought that was excessive.

Breakfast was great and location was the best.

The gulf view wasn’t the best as advertised.

The breakfast was good every morning, the room was clean when I got there & the staff was very friendly

I got a list of things that I had to pay for, I didn’t get my water & snack everyday only when I checked in & I didn’t know you had to ask for towels / get your trash change until a day before I left
