Location perfect for our concert and the beach. Property very comfortable, well furnished, spotlessly clean. Nice little courtyard with seating and solar lights. Karen was lovely, very kind and helpful. Lots of little extras, much appreciated. Will be back!

Parking a bit tight but free and in Worthing that is a big bonus.

Hosts were lovely, husband waited in for us to collect the keys. They were very helpful and kind in leaving bits and bobs for us to use.

It is a busy road but it did not cause us any problems.

Good friendly service, and clean well situated accommodation.

All good. I feel the cold more than most at night so could have done with slightly more heating at night, but for most people and for my companions, I think the rooms were plenty warm enough.

Karen, the host was really helpful from the get-go; she provided us with all the information we needed for local places to walk the dog to recommended places to eat and drink in Worthing. We were greeted on arrival and given the keys to the house which was beautifully clean and everything we needed. Location was great as close to 2 parks and a short walk to the seafront and the shops, restaurants in Worthing. Great hosts and would definitely revisit again 👍

Hard to fault the property to be honest; parking behind the house was a tight squeeze but there’s a car park 5 mins away as an alternative
