Fantastische locatie, in een super gezellige buurt met betaalbare restaurantjes. Super veel ruimte in het appartement. Er zijn zelfs twee livingruimtes. Absoluut een aanrader voor mensen met een beperkt budget (als je tegen wat nachtlawaai kan)

's Nachts was er wel wat lawaai van de buurt (nadeel van recht in een gezellige buurt te wonen). Het was zeker wel mogelijk om erdoorheen te slapen zonder oordoppen, maar toch is iedereen er meerdere malen van wakker geworden doorheen de nacht. Het sofabed was nogal hard (wel groot genoeg). Je slaapt effectief op een sofa met een hoeslaken over. De gewone bedden waren goed. Er was geen douchegordijn, waardoor de badkamer nogal kon overstromen. De vaatwasser werkte blijkbaar niet (liet de eigenaar ons weten na de vraag te stellen). Beetje jammer, vooral aangezien we het bestek dat erin zat (en waarvan we dachten dat het proper was), gebruikt hadden :/ Het appartementsgebouw ziet er niet zeer chic uit (en zeker de eerste verdieping niet), dus de eerste indruk is niet zo top. Het appartement zelf is wel dik in orde.

Great apartment in a neighborhood close to a lot of cool things to see and do in Athens.

While the apartment was great, the building was sketchy. Other apartments left garbage in the halls and the smell was terrible. Also, some unsavory sorts loitering around the front door at night. I wouldn't feel comfortable with my wife/kids staying there alone.

Clean and very good location near everything you need, especially with kids very convenient.

LOCATION , in the centre of everything but suprisingly quiet flat. Value for money.

Dead plants in window , cigarette buts in plant pots , flickering lights in livingroom ceiling and kitchen . Could not accomodate luggage storage or offer any alternative when arriving early .

Pretty dirty and photos made it seem like it would be much nicer but the place in real life was not as nice.

The property is central and you may reach anywhere within minutes walking

The only problem is the noise coming at night from the bars. Though I did not have any restless nights

The location of the apartment was great, which was the reason I booked it. The host was lovely and communicated well.

It wasn’t what I expected as per the photos, I didn’t know that the air con only went on when the windows were tightly shut so we spent the first night with the windows open. Being Athens city centre, it was super noisy til 4 am so it was hard to sleep. I had to do a bit of cleaning myself as the toilet wasn’t properly cleaned but value for money, this place was good.

Location is within walking distance of Monistiraki/Plaka area. Apartment was big and spacious

Living room beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Bathroom needs a shower door or curtain as water drenches the entire floor and makes a huge wet mess. Not enough cooking/frying pans to cook. A frying pan for eggs/ breakfast would be nice as we couldn’t make breakfast due to no frying pan. TV didn’t work.

Very noisy at night until 2:00-3:00 in the morning. Not enough shampoo and shower gel to cover all persons in the room. Very dark on the stairs.

The location is amazing, everything is within walking distance, plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes in a five minutes radius. Super close to the metro station, as in less than two minutes away. The room is very comfortable for a couple, the A/C was a godsend in the heatwave that Europe ezperienced.

The Location of the appartment

The host was unresponsive to my messages throughout my stay, which I found to be quite unprofessional. During our stay, we encountered a terrible smell in the room, reminiscent of sewage, which made it difficult to feel comfortable. Despite reaching out to the host for a possible solution, I did not receive any response, neither affirmative nor negative. Additionally, we experienced a complete lack of water on our last day at the apartment. We contacted the host, and they assured us that they were working on a solution. However, they never followed up, and as a result, we were unable to use any water facilities, including showering, on our final day. Considering these issues, I cannot recommend Furla Apartments to future guests. The lack of communication and unaddressed concerns greatly impacted our overall experience, making it difficult to enjoy our stay in Athens... not even a message to appologize for the inconvenience at the check out!

Great location and well-maintained property: very clean, fantastic bed and everything you might need for the stay is available! Apartment is perfect starting point for walking tours, fast connection to the subway, diving into the culinary delights of Athens or exploring the night life.

The location is convenient and the flat is good. There bed comfortable.

The neighborhood is very noisy so might. People from other flast slam their heavy doors . No sounds insulation at all from the corridor so you hear people talking or going down the stairs each time.

We loved everything: it's huge, modern, clean, well located, inexpensive and the staff was very accomodating
