Good place to get away from the city

While the buffet was good and provided a good mix of food, for people staying >1 night, the same buffet each night can be a bit boring

There was a large buffet for breakfast and dinner. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel, so it makes it easy to get around. There are two Family Marts within walking distance, making it easy to get items or snacks you might want or need. They have a private bath option. Also, there is a pool. Lastly, there was a mixup with the number of people on my reservation, but they helped me to add my partner and gave a discounted rate. The rooms are a good size for Japan! The "floating" lobby staff was very nice and helpful. If you have children, you have access to the indoor water park across the street, Yunessun. If you don't have kids, you won't enjoy.

They serve almost the exact same food for breakfast and dinner...you get bored of it really quick. The food was typical quality of hotel buffer food in Japan. Nothing was exceptional. The staff's english levels needed much improvement. The hotel has many tourists from all over the world so it was surprising that the staff didn't have a higher proficiency in speaking English. They would use a tablet or get another coworker. They did not explain much of the services within the hotel at check-in due to this issue. The amenities were limited which is uncharacteristic of a Japanese hotel. They didn't provide things like face wash, hair ties, qtips, shower caps, face moisturizer, etc. I was not expecting so few amenities, especially considering the price I paid for my stay. The private bath was an additional fee. The water is not from the hot springs nearby, and it was not very hot. They had a lot of open space throughout the hotel that lacked decoration and/ or functionality.

The highlights was the buffet dinner n breakfast and 3 times complimentary entrance pass to the Yunessun hot springs that come with the room.

TV channels. Don't have any cartoon for kids, don't have any MTV for teens, don't have any HBO for adults. But if don't watch TV then It won't bother you at all.

Dinner and Breakfast, lots of variety.

Very few staffs around so waited for long time to check in for group. Facilities are good but quality of hot spring was not what I expected. Maybe too much chlorine.

Es handelt sich um ein großes Hotel, das extrem gut organisiert ist. Das Frühstücksbuffet und auch das Buffet am Abend enthielten eine Vielfalt an Speisen, die auch in der Menge ausreichend waren. Das Hotel vergibt am Abend Zeitslots für das Abendessen, was ich super fand. Der Wellnessbereich war sehr schön Alles war gepflegt und sauber

Such a relaxed stay, great facilities and amazing staff who could not be more helpful. Rooms were great and bed was so comfy! Best place we stayed in Japan 😊

Food was great, but personally I found the buffet-style stressful as very busy. I'd happily pay a little more to order from a menu to the table. Was delicious though with a huge range for all.
