Fantastic location with a short walk to the beach and not too far from the centre of Deauville to be able to walk. The house was well equipped and the pool, gym and sauna were certainly a benefit. A really nice house and we really enjoyed our stay - there were 8 of us at one point and it never felt overcrowded.

The only negative would be the access to the very top room which is up a steep flight of stairs so not ideal for young children but we didn’t use it and didn’t need to.
